Dr Davidson is very thorough and his staff is extremely helpful. They are always very nice and happy to help with even what seems to me as the dumbest questions. rnDr Davidson is also part of Nova and has a very structured after care program which in my research shows to be just about the most important part. I had my surgery on 9/14 at Presby of Dallas and feel GREAT!

Dr. Davidson is very adamant about you knowing and being aware of the risks of the surgery. He has a great staff of caring co-workers.

I attended Dr. Davidson's seminar and found him to be very straightforward, professional, and knowledgable. I felt completely informed in his explanation and descriptions of gastric bypass surgery and lap band surgery.

I have been to one other seminar that did not compare to Dr. Davidson's. Therefore, I am happy that I shopped around first, because when I left his seminar I knew...he was the one that I want to perfom my surgery.

Dr. Davidson seems to be a no nonsense doctor. In my opinion, that is a huge plus. I liked the fact that he was very interested in hearing my medical history. I have CREST disease, which is an autoimmune disease, and he listened patiently and carefully as I explained my experience with the disease. He was adamant that I see a rheumotologist and gastroenterologist before proceeding with surgery plans. During my first visit he showed me pictures of the actual procedure and quizzed me about the procedure to see if I had done my research. He was straightforward yet concerned. I trust this doctor, he is the one I trust with my life.

Dr. Davidson is a matter of fact kind of guy. He made me feel comfortable with him and his knowledge from the time I met with him. He went over the details and showed me pictures of both the lapband and bypass. He was very informative. His office is great! Very friendly and caring of your needs. There is a great aftercare that will help me be successful.

<b>I found Dr Davidson to be very smart and charming in a "dry" way. Whatever he lacks in outgoing spunk his wonderful staff make up for. They are all smiles and willing to help with anything and everything! I will forever speak his praise, because not only is Dr Davidson a man who is professional but also he has a calm spirit. This put me at ease from the start. I had visited another doctor and he seemed high strung and impatient, but Dr Davidson and his staff are AMAZING!!

My first impression of Dr.Davidson, was I was scared. My impression changed quickly, to confidence. He knows what he is doing, and he makes sure you know what you are getting into. His office staff is great, Amy, Mikki, Diane, Chris, and Julie are the best. There aftercare program is the best. I was sent home from the hospital on Saturday afternoon, and Sunday I was having nausea problems, I called and the surgeon on duty, called me back. Later that evening Dr.Davidson called me and checked up on me, the next day Chris called and checked on me, very satisfied with that. I would rate Dr.Davidson from a scale of 1-10, 10 being best, a 11.

Dr Davidson is a very well respected and experienced surgeon. His wit is dry, but definently quick and funny. I have enjoyed our visits and he is very thorough. Dr Davidson truly appreciates the informed patient. If you didn't know puch about bariatrics when you go to see him you will when you leave.
