After thoughtful consideration and review of projected costs and the current economic climate, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause the in-person conference. This was not an easy choice, especially knowing how much this event means to our community.

Rising costs from venues and production partners would have required ticket prices to increase beyond what feels realistic for many attendees. To keep the event accessible, we felt it was more responsible to pause rather than pass those increases on to the community.

While we won’t be gathering in person, we are actively exploring new venues, partnerships, and possibilities to bring the conference back in a way that remains affordable, inclusive, and true to the spirit of ObesityHelp. Yes. All 2026 pre-sale ticket purchases and rollover tickets were refunded to the original payment method through Eventbrite on March 19, 2026. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several business days for the funds to post to your account.
