My first impression of Dr. Snyder was the same as it is today, 3 weeks post-op, and the same as it will be in the future. He and his staff are invested in their patients' feelings, fears, questions, problems, progress and success. Dr. Snyder, and his staff are committed to being accessible to their patients. The pre-op process is extremely thorough - not only to ensure a patient's physical readiness for surgery, but also that we are all emotionally and mentally prepared for such a huge change. Post-op care, education and support are a huge priority of Dr. Snyder and his staff. Everything, EVERYTHING was explained in depth. Surgical competence and bedside manner are equally great. I would recommend Dr. Snyder to anyone who is interested in bariatric surgery.

I had the best experience with Dr. Chae! His bedside manner is unbeatable, his promptness in answering questions and genuine concern is unmatched by any surgeon I have ever worked with. His office assistant, Susie Arnold, is awesome and always available when you need her. Kelly, the nutritionist is also great and always willing to answer any questions and guide me through this journey!

My first impression of Dr. Snyder was that he seemed very energetic, happy go lucky and more importantly I was impressed on how he came into the waiting area to bring his patients back himself. I have never seen that before. he is geniunely a very compassionate Dr. who really does care about his patients. He is a very knowledgable, competent, wonderful man. I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am for researching bariatric surgeons and coming across him. I highly recommend him to others who may have to go through bariatric surgery. His whole medical staff of professionals are as outstanding as he is. He is a great role model for his entire team. He leads by example and I wish that I could work in his office with the other medical assistants. I would rate Dr. Snyder, Pete Mazarres the P.A., and Kim Delamont heads far above the rest in their league. Are you impressed yet? You should be! They really care about you before and all the way after for life.....

I've had nothing but an amazing experiance with Dr. Snyder and his staff to date. He's got a great sense of humor. He isn't looking for you to have to justify your choices in the surgery you want or why you've done what you've done in the past. He's a no pressure kinda guy and I think that's very important when trying to decide if this is right for you. rnrnHe has a HUGE aftercare program with lots of support groups, check in appointments and is constantly available, as well as everyone in his staff. He is his own customer service. You get his phone numbers and direct email addresses from the get go. That's very impressive to me.

Down to earth and real. My impression did not change of him over time. It only improved. He is a real person that cares about his patients. This is rareity in a surgeon. Most of his \"administrative\" office staff are about what you would expect in any doctor's office. Future patients should know that Dr. Snyder is caring, but quick. Does the word, QUIZ, mean anything to you? Yes, he hands out quizes to you. That's how serious he is about aftercare programs and addressing risks of this surgery. He wants to make sure you are educated. I would rate him a 10 out of a 10. His bedside manner and surgical competence are equally importannt to me. If he didn't have the ability to put me at ease, I never would have allowed him to touch me. He was great. BTW, all great surgeon's have a great Nurse Practioner, Kim Delemont with Rose Medical in Denver. She was excellent as well. The nutrition classes they offer for successful preperation before and after surgery were great.

I was very impressed from the first moment I met Dr. Snyder. His seminar was very informative and for the first time I felt like there was a doctor who understood my struggles with weight. Upon my first appointment, I was only re-assured of my first impression. I found his staff to be very nice and entertaining. I honestly can not say that I disliked anything about Dr. Snyder. rnrnDr. Snyder is a wealth of information and he will make sure that you are completely informed. I believe, from my own experiences, that there are many doctors out there that really don't care about you, however, Dr. Snyder is not one of those doctors. I felt and still feel that he really cares for each of his patients.rnrnAftercare is huge! Dr. Snyder and his staff provide a very structured aftercare program.rnrnHe addressed surgery risk straight forward and very complete.rnrnHe is the best in my book. I am so glad that I found him.rnrnBoth surgical competence and beside manner are outstanding.rnrnI have nothing negative to say about Dr. Snyder because he is tops in my book. He and his staff are vey compasionate.

Dr. Snyder was fantastic!! I did a lot of research before I chose my surgeon and I couldn't be happier.rnrnHe is so compassionate about what he does. Him and his staff go above and beyond anything you can imagine.rnrnNot only did he prepare me well for the surgery, but the post-op information, support groups and chat rooms have been very beneficial in my success.

You will read a lot about how wonderful Dr. Snyder is, but until you actually get to meet him you can't understand. He is AWESoME!!! He made me feel like I was his only patient and that he had all day to spend with me. It was really nice to discuss questions/concerns and not feel rushed. He erally emphasizes aftercare and has a wonderful staff to help. I believe his surgical competence is exceptional. While doing my pre-op's everyone said to me, \"You know you have the best doctor there is don't you?\" I have absolute 100 % confidence in him.

Dr. Snyder is like being met with a brilliant light. He is so passionate and thrilled about helping people to get healthy you can't help but be caught up in it. rnI really feel like I made the best possible choice for a surgeon. I was completely comfortable with him. rnrnHe and his medical staff are amazing. I felt so well taken care of. From Pete his Assistant to the nurses taking care of me I felt extremely well cared for. rnrnHis office staff I was not as impressed with. I found it a little difficult to get calls back and to get information I needed. However, everything DID get done, just not to the degree that Dr. Snyder himself does things, in my opinion.rnrnOver all I would definately recommend him to anyone looking for WLS! He is truly a gift and a blessing to us all.
