I was impressed with Dr. Shea's professionalism and sensitivity. When I first arrived Dr. Shea was the one who came out to greet me. I've never had a Dr. do this before. He didn't come off as hurried or rushed and he answered all of my questions. He also had a computer program to show you the different procedures. I will update after my surgery.

After speaking to several other surgeons' offices, I chose to consult in person with Dr. Chae because 1) Dr. Chae's credentials are impeccable, 2) it was easy to get to a real person to talk to, and 3) his practice does not come off as a highly commercialized gimmick.rnrnDr. Chae spent about an hour with my husband and me, answered all our questions, and was very upfront and honest about the surgery. He volunteered his statistics of complications. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision on the spot. We talked about the importance of aftercare and working closely with Kelly, the NUT.rnrnPam, the program director has been so wonderful as has Susie, the patient coordinator. I've called Pam out of the blue just to have her \"hold my hand\" through the pre-op process. I love Kelly - having taken her 5-hour class, I can't imagine a person more passionate about wanting surgery to be a positive experience for everyone.rnrnThere's no doubt in my mind we've made the right decision for our surgical team!

I was immediately impressed by Dr. Chae's welcoming manner when I met him. He came directly to the waiting room to get me, rather than sending his nurse, which I thought was great. Dr. Chae's nurse, Della, was absolutely wonderful, she went over all of the paperwork with me, answering all of my questions, even the ones I thought were silly. I felt very supported by both Dr. Chae and Della and am very confident that they will take very good care of me during and after my surgery.

Dr. Chae is amazing! He has a GREAT bedside manner and genuinely cares about ALL of his patients! you are a patient, not a number. His staff is very friendly and helpful and cares about each patient as well. Dr. Chae has amazing credentials as well. I had a consult with another bariatric physician in Denver and was very dissatisfied. It took alot of time to get nowhere with them only to find out that they never submitted all of the paperword my insurance needed. I found Dr. Chae at Sky Ridge and was thrilled after meeting him. It did not take long for me to get approved. Thank you Dr. Chae for making me a better person.

Well I met Dr. Chae for the first time last week. He seemed super nice and was really easy to talk to. He had a very nice computer aid to show how the surgery is done. I think I am really going to like him.rnrnThe office staff was very friendly so far.rnrnI'll post more on this later after I have my surgery and see how things go.

I was impressed with Dr. Snyder the first time we saw him at his weight loss surgery seminar back in July. He is simply awesome! He has such a great sense of humor and an innate ability to explain a complicated process in a way that leaves you feeling informed, empowered and ready to take control of your health!rnrnThe entire staff at Dr. Snyder's office are knowledgeable, friendly and very sensitive to your needs. While sitting in the waiting room, my husband and I observed many exchanges between patients and staff that generated a feeling of respect, compassion and encouragement. That says more to me than any credentials in a frame hanging on the wall! Dr. Snyder is a very positive, energetic Dr.rnHe makes you feel like you are important. I have not always felt that way from other Doctors. I recently attended the pre-op class given by Kim, and was impressed with all of the information that we were given.rnI feel as though I am ready to begin my journey.rnI am very greatful to have been recomended to him by a friend who had gastric bypass and is very happy and complication free 3 years out.

I am very impressed that the focus is on the whole person and not just the weight.rnrnI am most thankful for Amanda! Amanda is who you see after you have the surgery and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Amanda works you in even if her day is already booked, responds to her email right away, and hits my port with ease!!

My First, second, and third opinion are all the same, Dr. Snyder cares for his patience. He was very forthcoming about the procedure and the process that you will be going through.rnrnI did however; get an infection and Dr. Snyder’s team did all that they could to get me past this difficulty. I felt that they did all that was possible and they were always available to assist me.rnrnI started at 363 pounds and now that I am four months out I currently weigh 244. Get start once I got past the infection.rnrnMy wife is currently getting ready for the Gastric Bypass surgery and we are looking forward to getting our lives back and spend a much higher quality of life with our 4 children, and 8 grand children. rnrnAs we are newleywed and because it has only been 30 years we are looking forward to the next 30 to be healthier and happy twilight years after we go white water rafting, repelling, and indoor skydiving to mention a few things.

Dr Snyder is an awesome person, full of energy, great bedside manner, and most of all makes you feel so comfortable. My impression of Dr Snyder just got better and better. His staff is just as awesome as he is! From the office staff who greet you, to Dolly who is great with insurance, to Pete his PA, to Kim who is the Nurse Prat, to Amy who does the Lap Band fills. Everyone is just as friendly as could be. He has a way of making you feel at ease. He does not pulll the wool over your eyes. He tells it as it is, and is a very straight forward person. And that is what is so great about him. His after care program is fantasic. I almost thought I was living there. He gives you his pager/telephone number and is always just a phone call away. He even called me when he was up skiing in the mountains. You can not ask for a better doctor. I would rate Dr. Snyder at 100% or A+.
