Everyone here was so nice and friendly. My nurses and nurse aids were wonderful. I could not have had a better experience anywhere else.

Would have been better but construction outside of my door from 7AM-4PM both days I was there.

I loved my stay there, I had a beautiful room. I had one major complaint, but I fixed that Really, Really Quik! That was because I was ignored by the little red button to press to get a nurse, and so I walked to nurses desk, and got into a lil spat with a lady there, but I called Nurses superviser, and was taken care of rather quickly! Within 30 mins. After that, I was actually takedn care of by the Nurses superviser the next morning. Don't let the nurses there treat you like you are a number, you let them know who you are, and you pay to be treated like a queen if you want to be treated like a queen....:)

The only problem that I had is when I was being discharged. I need a large wheel chair and they were unable to find one, so I ended up walking downstairs to leave

The nurses, CNA's, guest services, and cleaning ladies were all so nice. My nurses Karina and Melanie were wonderful. The CNA's, Deborah, Flo, and Brandy were great also.

Presbyterian was the best hospital. Everyone there was so nice. They were really good to explain everything they was doing. The staff was excellent especially Deb Jackson and nicole in pre-op, Shannon in Recovery, and Amy Watts a 5th floor nurse. Staff was readily available when I needed them without being a pest. They even let me sleep instead of waking me up to empty my JP drain and emptied it when i woke up. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in the charlotte area.

EVERYTHING WAS OK, EXCEPT FOR THE BEDS, THEY ARE SO UNCOMFORTABLE, SPECIALLY FOR A HEAVY PERSON. OTHER WISE STAY WAS GREAT.

This hospital is one of the cleanest and nicest that I know of in this area. It is in downtown Charlotte so the traffic is not great, but I'm judging on medical competency not location.
