I actually enjoyed my stay. I was very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They actually made this experience easy for me!

The entire staff was excellent, especially the 5th floor nurses who were some of the best I've encountered anywhere. Jill and Kathy were especially nice and considerate of my needs.

Overall, Presby was pretty good. My only issue was that they did not provide me with a protein drink I could tollerate until the last day of my stay. What they had was not suitable for a WLS patient which I found surprising considering the number of bariatric patients they have at the hospital.

I have used this hospital many times. The staff there is generally wonderful. Very accomodating for any needs I have had. The bed left a LOT to be desired. Needs to be replaced.

The staff, doctor's, parking attendants and even the volunteer help were wonderful. If you're looking for a wonderful, caring hospital this is the place for you.

I felt like I was checking into a FIVE STAR Hotel...since I pre-registered I just walked in the door and the process began. It was a great experience all the way start to finish. My mother was very impressed also with the staff...they kept her informed all through out my surgery. I would recommend Presby to anyone.

The nursing staff was not responsive to the point of being neglectful. Had to wait 2 hours in agony while my nurse was located to take out cathader. No other nurse would do it.

Needed to spend 2 days on the step down unit after surgery (history of 2 heart attacks), and believe the staff could use ongoing inservices on bariatric surgery, post-op care.
