my surgeon was Dr. Ludwig in Biloxi, Ms.
HE IS A VERY KIND, CALM DOCTOR, THAT SETS YOU AT EASE IMMEDIATELY. HE TREATS EACH PERSON AS THOUGH WE WERE THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS HAVING THE SURGERY. HE WAS VERY INFOMATIVE DURING THE DISCUSSION OF THE SURGERY, BEFORE AND AFTER SURGERY HE WAS SO HELPFUL. HIS OFFICE STAFF IS THE BEST!!! MRS. JUDY, MS. BRITTNEY, MS. DANA AND DR. TEETER ARE THE GREATEST. THEY EVEN CAME BY AFTER SURGERY TO CHECK ON ME TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING. I HAVE TOLD SEVERAL PEOPLE WHAT GREAT STAFF THEY ARE AND SEVERAL ARE MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO HAVE THE SURGERY AS WELL. DR. LUDWIG AND HIS STAFF WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY WILLING TO SHARE EVERY THING THAT ONE NEEDS TO KNOW BEFORE AND AFTER SURGERY. THEY WERE SO FAST AT GETTING ON THE INSURANCE TO SEE IF I WAS APPROVED. I WENT IN ON A TUESDAY AND 2 WEEKS LATER I WAS IN SURGERY!!!! ISNT THAT JUST AMAZING? I GIVE THEM HIGH 5'S FOR SURE. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A REAL HUMAN BEING AND NOT JUST SOME FAT GLOB ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DESK. TO SAY THEY ARE BECOMING LIKE FAMILY IS THE LEAST I CAN SAY. THEY WILL BE A PART OF MY LIFE FOREVER NOW. THEY HAVE AND CONTINUE TO HELP ME AND THE OTHERS HERE ON THE COAST DISCOVER THAT SKINNY PERSON THAT HAS BEEN DEAD FOR SO LONG. WHAT AN AWESOME TEAM THEY ARE!!!

I first met with Dr. Ludwig and his staff in December 2004. When I left his office, I felt EMPOWERED!! I felt like this was what I needed to do for myself! The staff was very friendly, and personable. At this first visit, they provide you with a handbook of information that explains everything you can expect, as well as SPECIFICS on what you are allowed to eat, how much to eat, and when you can increase the amount and add new things to your diet! I felt very comfortable talking with Dr. Ludwig, and he answered every question I had. The handbook lists all the risks of surgery, and at the pre-op appointment, we went over the list and discussed any specific questions or concerns. I had complete confidence in him. I had my surgery on April 4, 2005 (RNY). At my two month check up, I had lost 41 pounds! He is VERY much into post-op follow up. I've even heard him remind other patients who've had surgery several years ago that they need to come in for their follow up! They also provide a monthly support group meeting. I can't express enough how comfortable I felt with his surgical competence, and his bedside manner was WONDERFUL!! He has been so supportive and encouraging at my post-op visits! I am SO glad that I chose Dr. Ludwig and his staff to help me during this important change in my life! I am looking forward to the long-term results!!

Enloe had a nurse in ICU who was not capable of doing her job. Even in my drugged stupor I was aware she did not know what she was doing. My husband recognized she was incompetent as well. I had to ask for nursing superiors for assistance. My husband is definitely not a difficult person to deal with and I do not consider myself a difficult person to deal with. It was not good. I had to talk for myself as hospital staff tend not to give patients the respect of knowledge. Interestingly enough, Enloe is known for sending a Hospital Review after you get home. I never received anything of the sort. Would I recommend Enloe, it is ok but make sure you always have a friend or family member who can watch and listen in order to speak on your behalf.

The staff at Enloe was fantastic. The only problem that I had was that they woke me up all night long!!! But that normal. I even had a private room!!

Very young! Very nice! Soft Spoken and kind. Just what I needed.
He is wonderful. He is very thorough and professional. But is very happy and proud of his patients.
Lots of fun! Very upbeat when I needed that. Very helpful and knowledgible. These guys know their stuff and and are up to date on the latest. (My friend had her surgery at another center and I have been able to help her out on some very useful info.)
These guys will help you! They know their stuff.
They carefully stress the aftercare before the surgery and want to be sure you understand the importance.
They did explain the risks of surgery. But the future I was facing was grim.

Dr. Ludwig and staff are top notch! I can't say enough great things about all of them. From the first appointment to my two week follow up after surgery they answered all of my questions and made me aware of the risks involved. I would rate the overall experience a 10+. I would be glad to speak with anyone considering using Dr.Ludwig for their weightloss surgery!

I've already had my first visit with Dr. Ludwig, Live Lite, Biloxi, MS. He is the doctor who is taking the place of Dr. Amy Rose. Was pleased with him upon first impression. His office staff was very nice and helpful. They do emphasize that this is a program where you will see them several times during the first year and then annually for the rest of your life. He also discussed the risks involved.

I am very satisfied with the care of -Dr. Ludwig. He demonstrates very good bed side manner, and is compassionate and cares about his patients. He does not rush you out, but wants to answer any questions that you may have.

I give him an excellent rating.

Dr. Ludwig is wonderful as well as the other members of the LiveLight team. My first impression of them was that they were each well informed, confident, and enthusiastic about the procedure. Dr. Ludwig's integrity and friendliness were clear from my first meeting with him.
Dr. Ludwig honestly cares about my entire well-being. I appreciate that he has been honest with me about the risks and negative aspects of the surgery, and that he wants to make sure that I am following EACH of his orders. The LiveLight program's emphasis on aftercare is amazing. We have a very organized reference book given from day 1, and there is ALWAYS someone available who will answer the smallest questions. At the beginning of my relationship with them, upon entire their offices I would feel that they were too busy for me because of the many people that are coming in. That feeling was erased when I began to talk and form instant relationships with them all.
I would rate Dr. Ludwig and the LiveLight team are a perfect 10 because of the wealth of information that they provided me with, quality of aftercare, and the fact that I feel so great!
I had the surgery 2 months ago and have gone from 237 to 197 lbs. I have lost 40 lbs. and am grateful to Dr. Lugwig and his great support staff.

Dr.Ludwig was very nice the first time I met him. He knew I had A lot of questions to ask and he was prepared to answer every one of them.His staff is just wonderful (Ms. Judy and Brittany).The staff is very friendly and they go above and beond the call of duity.He and the staff stressed the importance of after care and making sure to get in enough protein.I will give the overall staff a 10+ for the excellent service that I received and is still getting today.

I love Dr. Ludwig. He is very caring and shows alot of concern. I work for the hospital that he works out of and he will stop and check on me. If I have any problems or questions I do not hesitate to ask. His staff shows alot of concern also. They will ask me how I am doing whenever I see them and I can go and weigh anytime. I do not weigh more than once a week.
I feel very comfortable with Dr. Ludwig and his staff. They keep in touch with me.
I have no problem recommending him to others.
