Only poor rating was due to an awful roommate who was unable to be contained. Kept me up most of the day and night. Otherwise, staff was terrific.

I work in the medical field as a registered nurse, and am very impressed with the quality of care I recieved and their patient/staff ratios. The hospital is clean and they even have a conciere. Impressive

I was VERY pleased with my stay at CPMC. I would recommend this hospital to anyone having surgery. The doctors and nurses are very knowledgable and make your stay very pleasant. In fact, the head nurse over my care called me the day after I got home to make sure all was alright. Thanks to Janet (admitting/pre-surgery nurse with her humor and ability to install an IV line without a pinch!!), and thanks to Suzie and Edena for there post-op care!!

I highly recomend this hospital for WLS. The nursing staff were extremely attentive and caring. That I was there for WLS was only discussed if I mentioned it. At the begining of each shiff the nurse that was attending to my care would come in and introduce themselves to me. The staff made me feel that my confort and care was a high priority to them. My only suggestion is if you can afford the $250. fee nightly for a private room I strongly recomend that make this request. I was very lucky and had my room to myself during most of my stay. Lucky I am not a sickly person so I do not have a lot of experiences with many hospitials.

This was THE MOST pleasant experience I have ever had in any hospital! Deffinately would go back there in a heartbeat!

EVERYONE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. MY NURSE WAS WONDERFUL. ROOM WAS SMALL BUT CLEAN. I EVEN HAD A FEW OF THE CITY.

I would not hesitate to recommend CPMC to other WLS patients. I would suggest getting a private room, if possible.
