Dr. Schmitt is very special to me. He is the reason I feel good about myself now. I have no regrets about my surgery.
Dr. Schmitt did and excellant job. I have not been sick at my stomach, hurt, or thrown up since my surgery.

i feel that dr. schmitt is a very good doctor that takes the time to make sure that everything is going the right way before and after you surgery. he is right to the point and made myself and my husband feel safe about the surgery. I recently went in for my 2 year physical, and Dr. Schmitt was great in talking with me about everything that has gone on since my surgery. I feel that he really cares even after 2 years. Dr. Schmitt is a technically good surgeon. He is very upbeat and outgoing -- I first met him at the Southern Women's Show in 2005. He helped me reach my weight loss goal.
My first impression of Dr. Lee Schmitt was a postive one. I met him at a seminar for gastric bypass and lap band surgery. He was very honest with risks of surgery and didnt try to candy coat it and make it out to be a \"breeze\". I appreciated his honesty. He answered all my questions completely. Upon seeing him in his office a few weeks later my impression did not change. He was very thorough and to the point. The office staff were all very friendly and professional. He believes strongly in doing exactly as he tells you regarding after care, which is so so important. The aftercare program that he has created is very easy to follow. If I were to rate Dr. Schmitt on a scale of 1 to 10 it would be a 9. I have no complaints about my whole experience with gastric bypass surgery. I had no complications and have felt great since. I highly recommend Dr. Schmitt and I myself will use him again should I need any other type surgery in the future.
