I met Dr Francis during the doctor talk. She is wonderful and very kind. She honestly reflects in her persona a warm human being that truly cares about her patients. She has been helpful in dealing with my pre-op problems. I recommend her highly

Dr. Francis is quite adamant about the follow up care and wants to hear from her patients regarding any and all problems they are experiencing. I feel very confident being in her care.

My first impression was positive. Dr Francis is a wonderful person. She is thoughtful and caring. She listens to your concerns and takes the time to talk through them. She does a very good job of after care. I could not be happier about what she has helped me accomplish. Ultimately it is me that has to work to lose the weight but Dr. Francis has giving me the tool and support I needed to be successful.

I really liked Dr. Francis the first time I met her. I find her easy to talk to, honest, and frank. I completely trust her. Her office staff is helpful and patient and always answers my quesions. Future patients should know that Dr. Francis makes it very clear that aftercare is important and patients are able to continue seeing her in her office as long as they desire - even years after the surgery. She also stresses the importance of support groups. She did address the risks of surgery and I would rate her overall, an 8. Of course, I haven't had the surgery yet ...

Okay ... I am now 12 days out of surgery, and I still love Dr, Francis. She was great with my family when the operation was done, and she was very nice when she came to see me the day after surgery. I saw her PA for the next two days, but it was the weekend, and I was very comfortable with Grace anyway. I had already met her at the office.

At 6.5 months out now, I still am totally enamored with Dr. Francis. She has been totally supportive, very honest, and always down to earth. I highly reccomend her, and feel blessed to have her as my doctor.

My first impression of Dr. Francis was a very nice person. I like her very much, she was very open about what was going to go on during the surgery. Very honest and truthffull.

Her staff was very caring and helpful.

Dr. Francis is a very good doctor she will tell you straight out. And she gives the facts.

Dr Francis is strong on aftercare and keeps information updated.

In the beginning I thought highly of Dr. Francis, until I had my complications. I felt like she had washed her hands of me the minute I paged her with 911 that morning.

I haven't met Dr. Francis yet. I will be meeting her on December 21st, the day before my surgery, because I live 2 hours away.

Dr. Francis is very direct and does not mince words. She is thorough and concise in her explanations. This first impression has changed little from pre to post surgery. The office staff is above average. They are both efficient and friendly. The only negative is that I have not had any interaction directly with Dr. Francis since my hospital stay. All my post op appointments have been with her PA staff. I have had little or no complications, however. Aftercare is well organized and structured, with a support group as well as regular check ups. Surgery risks were explained thourougly during my initial pre-approval meeting. As I stated above, Dr. Francis is very direct and was careful to explain she had performed 400+ R&Y Bypasses (my choosen surgery), half of them lap. Overall, I have had a very good experience with WLS and would do it all over again.

She is very down to earth but yet professional, tells you the truth not what you want to hear. The "Lite Dimensions Weight Loss" office staff are top notch people greet you with a smile and never left me hanging in the waiting room, they make you feel more then just a patient but as a person. Angela Romero her pre op cordinator was very helpful and was always there for me when ever I had a question.

I met Dr. Francis at the doc talk and then had my one on one with her, she is very intelligent, sweet, caring, understanding, not to mention a little cutie who is 6 months pregnant! She came in and saw me before my surgery, was patient with me, aske how I was doing, told me things were going to be just fine, answered questions, explained things, talked to my family she was just wonderful. She did a great job during surgery, my open incision looks awesome, and best of all, I have a tatoo above my belly button and she didnt cut into it! She could have, but she was nice enough to stop it right before and put the drain underneath it! If you have Dr. Francis, you are in great hands and have nothing to fear. She came to see me the day after my surgery, the next day, and even the next. Very thorough and I was extremly happy with her!
