Dr. Francis was great. She answered every question before I asked it. The staff is so sincere and caring, especially DeDe...I can't wait to get the show on the road.

Dr. Francis is wonderful. She explained the surgery in full detail. All of the people at Lite Dimensions in Fountain Valley, CA, are wonderful people. They are all so very helpful. They made my gastric bypass surgery a good experiance. I also want to rant and rave about De De Blackman, she was there for me on surgery morning, she made things a litte easeir to bear.

Dr. Franicis, is a very good doctor and I would reccommend her to anyone who is available in her area and is looking for the gastric bypass. Her bedside manners were straight and to the point.

During my hospital stay, I met a few people that had Dr. Francis also, and they say the same.......

She was awsome!! She answered both mine and my girlfriends questions in great detail. Very profesional. They have a very complete program and she encouraged me to take full advantage.

Her office staff was attentive but a little cut and dry.

She as very busy and the appointment was at least 25 minutes late. I got there 20 minutes early and they finally called me in at 25 minutes past the time of my appointment, and when I finally saw the doctor it was almost an hour past the original time. They were busy and I was not upset by this I'm just noting it.

She talked extensively about the aftercare part of the experience and the changes tha will occur in my life.

She noted all the risks of surgery and was very level headed about them explaining possibilities and percentages.

Overall she is very good.

Althought I think they would benefit from a graphical timeline tha will explain to the pacients the step that are needed and what to expect next. I know they covered it in the class but i don't remember everything and an overall timeline would be beneficial.

GREAT.VERY STRUCTURED. RISKS WERE DISCUSSED, BUT MAYBE NOT ALL OF THEM. IRATE HER A 8 ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10. I GUESS SURGICAL COMPETENCE IS THE MOST IMPORTANCE, BEING WARM AND CARING DOES NOT HURT EITHER.

9/10/02 - FINALLY I've seen a surgeon - took me four attempts - through job changes and insurance problems... I saw Dr. Francis this week and I really like her. She's very nice and very serious about what she does. She was very emphatic about this being a very important decision, it is major surgery. She explained everything very well, reinforced what I knew, and answered all my questions. She is in the office with Dr. LePort in Fountain Valley and has been doing this procedure for about a year. She does both lab and open, and I plan to go with open.

Dr. Francis is very honest, upfront, and compassionate. I have only met her once but I really like her. I felt like she was not rushed and I was her only patient right at that moment. She sat down and listened and explained everything. She answered my questions throughly. I will add more as I get to know her.

Dr Francis was a sweet lady. quiet but very positive and friendly. All the way thru the process she made me feel comfortable. Her staff is the best as far as I am concerned. there was not one thing that I can think about her that I did not like. The group I went through is a very good group and aftercare is highly recommended. She was clear about the risks involved and handled it very professionally. On a scale from 1-10 I give her and the group an 11+ they were great. She has knowledge and a great bedside manner. They were the best!!!!!!!!! Great job and thank you to lite dimensions.

She is awesome.. she totally made me feel at ease with the whole procedure and answered all of my "really stupid" questions.. She was so informative I wasn't worried about a thing, She came in and saw me after surgery and told me eveything they had done.. I didn't have to have anything else done I was pretty healthy in there...

I would recommend her or any of the surgeons at smart dimentions.. they all came and saw me while I was in the hospital and we all very warm and nice..

My surgeon Dr. Kelly Francis... she was hilarious. I know it sounds weird but she is very personable, and she really seemed to care bout ME. She was very eager to help me change my life. She was able to explain everything I asked her she even drew me little diagrams. I have a lot of confidence in her. She has the very highest training with the same Mentor as the Dir. of the Bariatric program that I went thru 20years later. I think anyone who is looking into the surgery they should feel comfortable talking to Dr. Francis. For me it was great to talk to someone younger and I felt really comfortable and cared bout. That is just what everyone likes. She explained all the ins and outs of the surgery. Told me what I might endure due to being super morbidly obese. I have great respect for her and will be grateful to her for the rest of my life!! Thanks Dr. Francis!
