Dr. Francis is the BEST, from my first impression until now, she and her office staff treat me like a queen. You can ask as many questions as you would like and they never make you feel like they are stupid questions, the entire staff wants to make sure you are knowledgable and comfortable with your decision.rnrnShe has a great after care system going along with support groups which are held several days a week.rnrnSurgical competence is of the most importance, but Dr. Francis gives you the best of both worlds...her bedside manner along with the rest of her staff is the best.rnrnI have not experienced anything about her or the staff that I least like, I had a small complication with my port, but they treated me wonderfully and corrected it.rnrnI would go to Dr. Francis again in a second, with this surgery or any other as she and her staff are GREAT and I TRUST them.

She is very friendly & professional. They have a great office staff that are very willing to help you if you need it. I would say they have excellent all around care & would recommendrnher to anyone considering bariatric surgery. rnrn

Dr. Francis is absolutely beautiful, and absolutely the best doctor for me. We had our pre-op app and it was the best ! She was straight forward, and answered all my questions and concerns.

I had my surgery nearly two years ago now and I'm extremely pleased with having had Dr Francis as my surgeon! She was very friendly and personable, yet professional and \"no-nonsense\" at the same time. Dr Francis took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I'd had, and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. During my hospital stay, she visited with me and again answered any questions I had. rnrnAbout a week post-surgery, I got alarmed when I discovered a hard \"lump\" at the incision site where the camera had been placed during surgery. Dr Francis returned my frantic call within minutes and put me at ease, explaining that the muscle there was perhaps a bit swollen, but nothing to be concerned about-- that it was common.rnrnAgain-- absolutely no regrets having had Dr Francis as my bariatric surgeon. She is the BEST!

Dr. Francis is a skilled, sensitive bariatric surgeon who is supportive in helping patients make their decision about the best type of surgery for their health. She is straight forward in addressing benefits and risks of surgery based on extensive review of each individual medical record and exam. She emphases the importance of psychological care as well as physical care; stresses the need for support group follow-up and participation in a structured after care program. She is supportive of needs for 1:1 counseling to assist with recovery and the rest of the journey. Her surgical competence and bedside manner are both excellent. She was there through the complications that occurred post-op and followed them closely.

Dr. Francis is wonderful! She is very personable and is interested in doing the very best job she can to make sure I follow the plan and am successful with my weight loss.

I met my surgeon the day before surgery since I live about 4 hrs away from where I had the surgery done. She was very professional and to the point. She seemed very knowledgeable and I immediately felt comfortable that she would be doing the surgery.rnThe office staff at Lite Dimensions is awesome. Helpful every step of my journey and have continued to be so whenever I have had a question post-op.rnThey have a structured aftercare program and even though it is far away I will still be going down for all my follow-up appts. I have found a local support group here and am anxious to go to it.rnOverall I would rate my surgeon a 10+. She was knowledgable, competent, and friendly. A perfect combination.

My 1st impression of Dr Francis was good. I think I kinda decided on her from the begining. rnHer office staff has been amazing always on top of the testing and the appointments. Especially love Michelle in her office.rnShe did come to see me the following day, very pleasant, asked the normal questions, said i was doing great and went on her rounds. rnI think she is a great doctor and I would recomend her.rn

I absolutely love Dr. Francis. I fully researched all the docs in the office, and felt most comfortable w/ her. When I went to my Dr. Talk, Dr. Francis was very blunt and to the point. I felt most confident w/ the choice to go w/ her. At my one-on-one appointment, although I didn't have many questions, I felt that I was in good hands. The day of surgery, she came to see me prior to the anesthesiologist because I had gotten a cold about a week before my scheduled date. I felt she was genuinely concerned about me (not just the surgery.) After the surgery was done, though I was extremely foggy, I remember her coming to recovery and then she came to my room the next day, and then the day I was released also. I am completely satisfied w/ Dr. Francis. She is awesome.
