There is are quite a few words that I would use to describe Dr. Wynn, kind, caring, compassionate, understanding, and a pleasure to have as a doctor. The more I get to know her the more I admire and like her. She explained everything to a T, made sure I understood everything and took her time with me. Everyone at the office that I have dealt with so far have been exactly like Dr. Wynn, very professional, kind, understanding (especially when you call needing to vent).
I would reccommend Dr. Wynn and that whole group to anyone looking into this surgery.
I was very impressed with Dr. Wynn. She is very nice and explained all types of the surgeries available.
The staff has been great!
They have an inhouse shop for protein drinks and goodies. You can ask for free sample packets when you go for your visit. This is very helpful. The cost is better than most health food stores and GNC.
Aftercare is very important to them and to yourself.
If you do as they tell you and do lots of walking you'll do fine.
I was very confident in my care.

Dr. Wynn and the CHRIAS office all seem so nice. They are very busy and can get backed up when an emergency comes up (like any doctor office) and other times, I've been in and out with no trouble. I've had the chance to meet most of the doctors in the office and have found each one kind. I would have no problem seeing any of the doctors there. </p>
Consultation Completed. I really liked Dr Wynn. She was very straight forward and professional and did not hesitate answering every question both me and my wife presented to her. As far as the office staff they are TOP notch. Very polite and helpful and did not hesitate taking the extra time to explain additional information on some confusing points.
My first impression of Dr. Wynn was that she was pretty darn straight forward and matter of fact. She rate high in my book. The more you are around her the more you realize that she is not just a doctor that gives you your 90 second visit. She really cares about her patients. This caring and professionlism is constant with her entire staff.
When I met with Dr Wynn, she was about 7 months pregnant and a happy smiling, down to earth person. She went through descriptions accurately and with detail although without medical jargon. The office is arranged to accomodate larger people and they don't even seem to have the smaller size of blood pressure cuff anywhere! The staff doesn't make you feel bad about your size, they actually make you feel comfortable, encourage you, answer questions, and work with you. They treat it as you "getting better" just as you would a cold or pneumonia even, it's an illness, not a socially unacceptable lifestyle. Two of the office staff have had these procedures done already and have had great success, so they have an insider's view on how the process is for patients and are happy to answer questions. It's a great office, I recommend it to anyone in the area. They even have a nutrition store where you can buy your high protein foods if you want them!
I have my initial consultation with Dr. Wynn on 9/3. I'm a little frustrated that it takes more than 6 months just to get a consultation.
I met with Dr. Wynn, she's very intelligent and serious. She didn't provide me with much more information than I'd already found doing my own research. She seemed a little taken aback by the fact that I had already read my insurance company's clinical policy bulletin and had made my decisions based on that. I'm looking forward to working with her throughout my journey.
