SI6 Day 2 done!!

183.6 I think I am retaining some water. I HAVE to be better at getting my water in!! I drank one bottle of water before I worked out today. I worked out hard yesterday, and hard today so I am sure my muscles are hanging on to water. Plus I think it should be that time of month, well I am actually about a week, week and a half late. I am not pregnant, already checked that.
I love slim in 6. When I turned on the tv to put it on it was an infomercial for SI6 LOL.
My legs feel weak and sore and oh so good!! LOL

181.8 I just couldn't bring myself to wait to get started with Slim in 6. It's a really tough program put out by Beachbody. You can find it here.
I absolutely love this program. I think I kept up fairly well. We got an unexpected visitor so I had to cut my workout a little bit short. My legs feel like noodles anyways.
I didn't do the abdominal part of the workout. I am cleared to do abdominals starting Wednesday. So I will do the whole thing on Wednesday. I get to work with my surgeon on Wednesday!!
I've been snacking here an there, I know definitely less than I ever would have in the past, and I know it's mainly cuz we have things all over the place for the holidays, but still, it's a BAD habit!!!

I was doing some stretching before I went to bed, and discovered that I can curl up into a ball!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had my mom take a pic, I will post it tomorrow hopefully. I have to go to bed if I want to be up in time to workout b4 work. I think it will be a fun position to copy and take monthly pics of.

183.2 I woke up this morning at 4:15am and worked out!!! Yay me!! Then, I had an awesome day at work, I got to spend the day working with my surgeon!! It was a lot of fun!!
Gotta run, making pork tenderloin and hoping to wake up and work out tomorrow morning again, I really like getting it out of the way so I have my entire evening to do whatever and I don't have to shower again.

183.2 Working on getting into that habit again. I worked out on Sunday and today!! That's awesome!! I am looking forward to starting SI6 next Wednesday and I am really trying to get geared up for it.
I really do enjoy working out, it's just sometimes I get into little slumps where I am bored and end up not working out for awhile. This slump lasted about 4 weeks. I am working my way out of it though!!!
I did the Leslie Sansone 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds today and Sunday. Tomorrow maybe I will try the 4 miler, I didn't have the time today, I have plans. Speaking of she just called and is ready, gotta go!!

I love bargain shopping!! I picked up a pair of sz 13 GLO jeans today for $3.50. Can't wait to fit into those! :) Soon!!!! I am going back on Tuesday when they have a $1.49 sale. I also went through their video section and found a few yoga videos and an ab workout and some sing along things for my nephew for Christmas. I am excited to try the yoga. No one is home, I think I may go try one right now after I get some laundry going.
I just did about 20 mins of yoga. The tape I tried is really old and weird. We'll see how I like it when I get through a whole tape or once I get it figured out. My friend Stephanie can't say enough about yoga, she absolutely loves it. I think I will too.

I worked out today!! This is big for me, it's been awhile. I don't think I really got my heart rate going too much, but my muscles definitely felt it. I didn't sweat too much and wasn't breathing too heavy, however I think it will be good for my muscles to get used to working again like this. I hope to start SI6 once I am 6 weeks post op. I did a 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds video.
I had been talking to my mom about working out, and how I hadn't been and how I was bored with walking on my treadmill and that's probably why I haven't been working out. I was bored with it. So, she suggested I do 'one of those videos.' So I did!! :)
We're going to do the video together tomorrow after work. My mom had bought a 4 mile WATP DVD and my sister borrowed it, so we're going to get that back, I think by mid-week I should be able to start doing that one.
I tried on an old mini-skirt from about 4 years ago, size 13 from the juniors department at Dayton's or whatever it's called now. I got it zipped and buttoned but I have a definite roll. It's soooooooooo short!!!! I'll have to find some tights or leggings or something if I ever plan to wear it.

185.4 I am doing quite well I think. I definitely could be much better with my water and vitamins!! :(

Gone skiing!! I am going skiing on December 30th!!! Free lessons, and the guy I am interested in is going!! I am also hanging out with him on the 22nd :) Just friends, gotta flirt with him and get him to realize I am interested in him.
I haven't been exercising. I have been very bad with that. And my water for the past couple of days again. I go on streaks. Maybe once I go back to work I can get it into a routine and it will be better. Hopefully.
I went to the Goodwill tonight and made out like a bandit!!! It was $1.49 Tuesday, everything with a yellow tag is $1.49!! I got 2 sweaters and 4 pairs of jeans for under $9!!! I need to find some size 12 jeans. I tried on jeans today and am fitting into 2 pairs of size 14 jeans!!

188 I need to prepare my lunch for tomorrow, and plan my breakfast. I go back to work tomorrow. At least I think I do. I have been trying to get ahold of my new supervisor and she hasn't returned any of my calls. Hmm. There is an out of office message on her voicemail since last Friday. Odd.
My current favorite meal is tuna salad, tuna light miracle whip and chopped onions, and 3 All Bran crackers. My dietitian recommended them. It's funny cuz a month or two ago Linda A posted about them. They're great!!
