the only complaint i had was my night nurse he just did'nt help at all my husband stayed with me if not for him i don't think any one would have come in all night . every one was great just the one nurse

The staff I encountered were all very nice and professional. The room was pleasant and had lots of windows.

I would have rated the hospital as excellent if it weren't for a problem I had getting into a room after recovery. I had to wait 7 hours in recovery because they had run out of rooms. It was 9pm before I was in my own room. My husband complained to the floor administrator and she took our complaint very seriously. She immediately investigated and she ended up refunding us one day of our hospital copay, since I was in the room less than 24hrs. So, everything did not go perfectly, but the administrator did everything in her power to make things right.

The Bariatric Center is ideally suited to the critical 24 hours post-op. Highly recommend.

I was in & out so fast that I don't have a lot more to say. I do remember that everyone seemed nice & helpful. Also, at discharge things were explained well.

They were excellant. I was scared and they made sure I was well taken care of. Verona,Jean, and Yvonne were very very nice nurses. When I asked for pain meds, it was there within 3-4 minutes. They have free valet parking, so since parking is a pain, they make it easy for you by providing you that. They were well equiped, and had a special bariatric section. I had my own room, with a big window, my own bathroom. Everything was GREAT.

We were very pleased with the hospital. Everyone was very helpful. The only thing is there isn't a lot of room for people waiting for your surgery. They could have a better waiting area and a better place and food for them to eat.

The day shift was fantastic, so kind and caring. The night shift came in angry, and promptly told me they were already 2 hours behind, etc- and there were a few incidences that were rather unpleasant but the care I received during the day was outstanding. Thank you Lorie, and Kelli.
