I couldn't have asked for a better hospital and staff. The nurses are incredible and highly educated on the procedure, what to expect and how to care for their patients. Absolutely wonderful staff!

I had a wonderful experience at ORMC Dr, Jawad has his own wing and I had my own room! The nurses were very attentive. I received my 2nd phone call yesterday from the hospital to see how I was doing! This has just been an amazing experience.

It was a excellent experience. The staff was fantastic and always listened to what I had to say. Check out was easy. For as much pain I was in, they always took care of me & I always had someone available to ask questions to. I was very impressed. I also appropriated that they let my husband stay there with me overnight.

We had a very comfortable stay. they provided recliner's for my wife and daughter to use the one night I was in the hospital.

I was pretty upset by the whole experiance there. I was stuck in recovery for over 4 hours because they didn't have a bed for me. I could not have my parents visit me in recovery and I could not call my husband. Once I finally got to a room the afternoon tech was annoyed with me because the girls in recovery had to call her 4 times to check if they had a room yet. I had to call the nurses every 4 hours for medication. No one ever checked on me. The nurses and the night tech were okay, but the other staff were pretty rude to me. Its pretty sad when the volunteers do more for the patients than the paid employees.

Make sure you ask for your meds about an hour before you really need them because that is about how long it took them to get me my meds :(

I felt very good about the nursing staff as they seem to be trained well to deal with Dr. Jawad's paitents specifically.

The Nurses and staff were excellent, they awere always checking in on me and got anything I wanted. The hospital was very clean dispite remodeling going on. The bariatric staff and Dr. Jawad are outstanding.

This hospital was generally good but it was disorganized and understaffed once I got to the floor. Everything about the pre-op and surgery was great
