It was great. They have their own Bariatric wing; the staff was also pleasant and caring. I would go back again.

My surgery was successful and performed in a professional and orderly manner. The staff was very friendly and very professional. Dr. Jawad of course was awesome.

I believe that overall the satff was very good, there was just one female on the night staff that answered the call bell, that I wanted laying in the bed instead of me. Both times I called she NEVER gave the nurse the call. I called back the 2nd time 1/2 hr laster and another voice answered and the nurse was in my room with pain meds within 5 minutes. I didn't get her name, but I complained about her to the bariatric coordinator, and I only hope that someday, she is in the hospital & is in pain and understands what it's like to be ignored. I believe that will be the only way she will learn!!!

This is a wonderful facility that i would reccommend to anyone in the Central Florida Area for their Gastric Bypass Procedure. The Staff is excellent, efficient, and caring. The Hospital was prepard for my arrival and made me comfortable and welcome the entire time. I never felt like a patient, but more like a family member becing cared for by close friends and family. If you go ask for Wendy, Leslie, or Jean.

Parking would be a problem; however they have free valet parking, which solves the issue. The staff was very professional. The bariatric unit was great.
