Norton Suburban Hospital

staff was great! I couldn't beleive that the nursing staff was so kind and responsive to my needs

I thought the nurses could have shown some concern. I felt as thou I was putting them out if I called on them well, it was mostley the second shift nurses the day shift seems to have it together. I have heard alot of people say its the seventh floor that is the worst.

ALL OF THE FOLKS THAT I CAME IN CONTACT WITH, AND THAT TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME, WERE EXCELLENT AND I SURE WOULD GO BACK TOO IN A HEART BEAT!

There were several Nurses and Aides that were excellent. Most however, leaved a lot to be desired. Furniture was sad. Should have had chairs in rooms where a large person could sit in them. The mattresses on the bed was very uncomfortable. Aside from these annoyances, I thought my medical needs had been addressed.

The staff seemed very careful about keeping family members informed and the nurse to patient ratio was nice. I even had a little board in my room with my nurse's name, my PCA's name, etc. Some of the staff were a little confused from time to time, but in general they seemed caring.

This is a first class place to have your procedure done.

the service from nurses was poor

Everything was great at Norton Hospital. The staff, especially the nurses, were friendly and professional. I think they have went above and beyond their duty to accomadate the bariatric patient. i am well satisfied with this hospital.

It was top in all areas except for the fact that it is extremely loud and it is hard to rest. During the middle of the night, they were running the floor buffer, and it sounded like the nurses were racing medicine carts in the halla nd crashing them into the walls. Impossible to rest.
