Norton Suburban Hospital

My accomodations were very comfortable. I had no problems w/ my family staying the night. The nurses overall get a thumbs up....EXCELLENT JOB

My room was nasty & filthy restroom was never cleaned my whole visit.

The staff was very nice and understanding. The aid that assisted me was very understanding and kind. I don't remember her name but she was well appreciated.

When my co workers came to visit me I told them how much pain I had been in all day. One of my co workers noticed that every time I push my happy button for more pain medication that it was all falling on the floor due to a problem with the machine. After this was discovered life go a whole lot better.

The nursing staff was extremely helpful and considerate. They brought an extra hospital bed into my room for my family to use. The staff was responsive to my requests. My only negative thought about my hospitalization is my last morning I was having extreme abdominal pain before my next dose of pain medication was due and the nurse was trying convince me to wait until the next dose was due. My sister came in and insisted that the surgeon was contacted and he was and he ordered another pain med for breakthrough pain. I don' think I could have asked for better care.

People were very careing and helped me. I was very sick in intensive care and they were with me around the clock. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

I WAS TREATED VERY BAD * I NEVER WENTED TO GO THER AGANE OR MY FAMILY my husban had to rent a room it cost him amoust 1000 to stay ther and the woman in my room husban stay right my her bed and slepp we were treaid so bad i cry so much we were tread so so bad i pray to god me are my family have to come down ther

TERRIBLE. The nurses are unresponsive until you have to raise some hell.

I liked it a lot. My family felt they were well accomadated as well. The only thing that bothered me was the lady in admissions asking my why I couldn't lose weight like 'normal people'. That seemed to cut right through me. Otherwise everyone was fine and very professional. :)
