Dr. Legha seemed a little distant and clinical on the first visit. He seemed very confident and was able to give me a lot of useful information. We discussed the surgery and he went over the possible complications. I felt very secure with him. The second visit went much better. He was more open and friendly. Each visit after that, I felt him lighten up even more and become friendly. He now hugs me each time he sees me. He gave me back my life and I will always appreciate what he has done for me. His assistant Susan is a peach.

rnI absolutly love Dr. Foster. I totally trust her and feel totally good about my new journey with her. She is such a great thing for me and just love her to death. I can't wait to continue my new journey with her by my side. She is truely a great surgeon....rnshe totally believes in the aftercare program and wants you to fully succeed with your new found life. She gave me so much information and answered all my questions with the upmost care and concerns. I don't have anything negitive to say about her... She is simply wonderful and glad I found her to do my sugery.
I really like Dr Foster. She has always been so friendly and seemed excited that I was going through with having the surgery. She did an excellent job with keeping the incisions small.rnI would highly recommend her as surgeon choice to anyone.rnHowever, I was hurt by her response at my first follow-up appt. She was a little condescending because I want to go back to the local doctor for my follow-up care because of transportation and financial issues (100+ miles one way to her office, plus outrageous cost of gasoline in California...not to mention having to ask someone to take me because my car won't make it over the hills). My local doctor is 15 miles away. rnDr Foster is an excellent surgeon if you live in the SF Bay Area.
Dr. Feng was very intelligent and professional. His staff was great. I had a completely positive experience with him. Both myself and a friend went to him for the same VG procedure the same month. We both had similar experiences and fantastic results. It was a life changer.rnrnMy impression was that Dr. Feng was highly competant but was uncomfortable with selling or promoting himself. I think that he vastly undersells his talents or the results of his work. A very positive trait in a great doctor, but not necessarily for somebody who needs to convince nervous doubting surgery candidates that they're doing the right thing and that he's the best doctor to help them. rnrnDr. Feng is very careful to clearly state all the risks and dangers to the procedure. He will not and probably cannot tell people how incredible or life changing the results can be when everything goes fine, as I'm sure it usually does. rnrnI rate Dr. Feng a 10+, hands down. rnrnI give him an A+ for competance, his bed side manner is formal. He's not a \"warm fuzzy\" guy perse.rnrnI'm a very busy, so although he certainly made strong after care recommendations I flew down from WA specifically to see him after a strong recommendation from a friend and wasn't in the area for close follow up. He's always available to see me when I'm in town, but otherwise I really needed very little follow up. I healed fast, was back at work in 4 days, felt fine and the weight came off. I had no problem sticking to my diet after the surgery.
