El Camino Hospital Hospital
I checked a few well established weight loss center's but wanted to keep my options open. I stumbled into Crystal Springs and called since they were having a meeting that week. rnI was so impressed to meet Dr. Feng holding the meeting himself and thoroughly explained each proceedure. I was so impressed that I finally made my decision for the sleeve and Dr. Feng.rnHe and his assistant Shelly are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. rnI brought my friend to my first Dr's meeting for support but she liked him so much, she decided to take the plunge with him.rnThank you Dr. Feng and Shelly!
She seemed like a very interested yet no nonsense kind of a doctor. Her staff was very courteous and helpful. They have a very structured before and aftercare program. She took lots of time with me and discussed all the different options available to me and also emphasized the hard work that has to go along with any of the surgeries. She is a very knowledgeable and experienced doctor in the bariatric field. I would definitely recommend her and her office. My only complaint was that she wanted me to lose 10 lbs. pre surgery. I guess that's not a bad thing.
I really like Dr. Wetter. He is quiet, freindly and to the point. His office is very busy and I usually wait about an hour after my scheduled appt. time to actually see him. This is annoying!! I think there must be a lot of people considering WLS these days! I will have more to add after my surgery!
Dr John Rabkin is genuine and truly a unique physician. Who knew that in addition to WLS, he also does liver transplants 2wks a month? Dr John (named so as to not confuse him with brother, Dr Robert Rabkin),caught my attention, initially because of his reputation, then because of his office staff. EVERYONE there is kind accommodating, warm hearted, genuine, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. The PacLap program is very detailed and the direction both before and after surgery is easy to follow as they provide you with an instructional binder long before you have your surgery. I was well informed in terms of risk and aftercare expectations/requirements by Dr Rabkin and each PacLap professional. . .I rate this office and staff as exceptional--beyond reproach.
I met Dr Feng through a friend that is also having the surgery. i went with her for her consult. I thought Dr. Feng was great the moment I met him. He was extremeley informative. He offers support groups that he leads and goes over everything there, free of charge. He spent two hours with me and my family answering all our questions and explaining everything in detail.rnrnShelli, his office manger is wonderful too. She is very inspiring and answers all my questions (believe me, I have many). They have both been very encouraging and I trust him completely!

I already knew who Dr. Wetter was the minute I seen him. He operated on my Grandma in \"97\" he actully saved her life she had breast cancer. them about a year later he operated on my husband he was the Er Surgeon when my husband had to have his appendix out. So I feel very blessed that Dr.Wetter will be doing my surgery It was ment to be. He is a GREAT Dr. he's right to the point, listens to what you have to say, and he cares..... His Off is great everyone is so nice I have yet to have a bad visit.
I hit it off right away with Dr Feng. He was so understanding and very helpful in deciding which surgery I should have. I pretty much decided I wanted the VG after he went over all the procedures. I felt so comfortable with him and had no problems asking any questions, felt very much at ease. He explained everything in away which I could understand. He emphazies that follow up is very important with support groups etc.rnHis assistant Shelly is wonderful. She has been there for me with any questions and or any concerns I have.
