Dr. Rossi performed my RNY in May 2008. He is an awesome surgeon and has great communication skills. His staff, specifically Melinda are very patient and they take time to listen. I have been seen for follow up on-going. They have a great aftercare program and are always following up with you if you do not return for follow up/lab work within certain time-frames. This was very important to me because it showed that they are genuinely concerned and want patients to be successful. I would recommend Dr.Rossi at Peoria Surgical Group with confidence to anyone.

Dr. Rossi is a competent, intelligent, respected surgeon who has great bedside manners and that means alot to me.

I am now almost two years out and Dr. Rossi, Melinda and all the folks at PSG are still very attentive to any of my needs or concerns. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Marshall was in the Operating room along with Dr. Rossi on my surgery. Due to my size Dr. Marshall wanted to see if it's feasable to perform a laproscopic DS on someone my size.

Peoria Surgical Group has a very extensive program that involves several months of meetings and tons of information before the surgery as well as lifelong aftercare visits and support groups.

Dr. Rossi is a good surgeon. My Roux-en-Y was done laproscopically and only 7 tiny incisions. He did an awesome job and I'm very happy with my surgery. Melinda is a definite treasure to the Peoria Surgical Group. She takes the time to sit down with me and review things that I may encounter.

My surgeon was awesome. He is very skilled at what he does. He did an excellent job with my surgery and his bedside manner was wonderful. I feel very comfortable referring others to him. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me.

First off my Surgeon, Dr Rosen was the best as far as humor and personality!! But due to poor treatment from his staff I am switching to another surgical group. I also found out in this transition that my fills were not properly done and I had went a while with less then 1/2 cc in my band, wow like I'd have any restriction from that :(rnWhen money (which was only the final balance I had been paying on, of only $190)rncomes first priority over the Patient I am moving on. One of his nurses Barb was the greatest also, very compasionate and caring.rnThe other two staff I dealt with were very snobby and rude and if I had the right mind I would turn as many people as I can against the whole outfit, accept as I said Dr Rosen and Barb had awesome bedside manors, I found all my receipts which totalled from $35 - $50 per payment, yet the accountant tried to say I was only paying $10- 20 a visit, man was I hot, so I will let my attorneys handle them from here and I am acually happy to be starting over with a well known team of Surgeons that are 15 minutes away from my home...rn9-17-2008rnHere's an update since I switched surgeons, I had a fill under fluroscope for the first time, I had 1 1/2cc put in my 4cc band. It has been great, it finally works, I have had some sliming and other issues here and there getting stuck but I found this band is finally working the way it should. I have lost almost 15 pounds in a month and \"yes\" that makes me happy!

My first meeting with Dr. Rossi went rather well in Dec. 07. He was very polite and professional. My husband and I felt like he seemed well informed about the procedure and was honest about the risks.rnrnHis staff was friendly although there was standing room only in the waiting room. Seemed to be a very large practice.

The first time I met Dr. Rossi he talked really fast because he had been in surgery and was running behind. Since then he has slowed down and I feel like I have the best Dr., he and his staff are very supportive.

I recently attended Dr. Rossi's lap band seminar. I am impressed of his knowledge of the whole program, and am very comfortable with allowing him to be my surgeon. I attended other seminars with other doctors, and felt like they were only in it for the money? Dr. Rossi seemed to really care, and was proud that his is apart of the Center for Excellence in bariatric surgery. I feel he is a professional and would take care of me.
