He is very kind and caring.
He is the same today as he was the first time I met him at his seminar
His staff is the best. They handled all of the insurance approval paperwork and was very quick in getting the approval response back to me.
I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Clark and his staff.
He is very direct and to the point. He will answer all questions asked of him and he is very frank.
He stresses aftercare and that this surgery is only a tool to assist you in your journey.
Yes.
He stated that there were risks but that there are risks with any surgery.
I am not currently post-op but I would assume that he is as good at both.
He was experienced, honest, and sence of humor
Still working on first impression. The office staff was very helpful, I called them every week waiting for approval they never seemed bothered always friendly.Have not found anything I dont like about them yet. There seems to be alot of attention and detail to aftercare right from the first visit. They have a very detailed before and after care program. The Dr. was very honest about the risk involved in surgery felt very confident making the decision to have the surgery. I think that so far any experience I have had with the Dr. and his staff have been great.
My first impression of Dr. Thomas Clark was that he was knowledgeable and approachable. His office staff was caring and professional. His office emphasized both a structured pre-care and after-care. Several different goals had to be met prior to surgery. We were given a check list to hand in at the last office visit before surgery. He addressed all the possible risks of the surgery in his written materials and orally at office/seminar visits. I would rate him as an excellent surgeon and with a great bedside manner.
My first impression of Dr. Clark at the orientation was that he was very knowledgeable in what he does, but very approachable w/ a sense of humor. He explained the procedure in detail, the risks, the benefits and all the before and aftercare the center has available and I was impressed with that. The staff was very nice and are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. I look forward to talking to the Dr. one on one in the future.
My first impression of Dr. Clark was a good one, before I met him I knew individuals who had the surgery and they just praised his good works and meeting him in person just confirmed what I heard about him, he is a very nice man. The office staff is so nice too, and help you anyway that they can. He emphasizes in his writings and meeting how important it is to follow the guidelines after you have the surgery to make sure you optimize your weight loss success. He does have a structured program before and after surgery. He does not sugar coat anything about the risks and will let you know. I haven't had surgery yet so I couldn't tell you surgical competence or bedside manner.
My first impression of Dr. Clark was great! He was super through and very nice. I have not had my pre-op appt. or surgery yet, but I can tell he is very skilled and know for a fact that is passionate about his work. He has an excellent aftercare program, as well as support and information systm. I had the choice to have a doctor that did lap or Dr. Clark and I stuck to Dr. Clark simply becuase of the good "vibes" he gave me...I would have no other!
Dr. Clark presented a seminar to explain the whole process. He was very personable and made things very clear. He took his time and answered questions, provided scenarios, spoke about risks, etc. Based on information and what I've seen thus far (and heard from co-workers who have gone through this program), Dr. Clark is very thorough. His staff have already proven to be a important part of the whole process. There is a structured program that includes required seminars/classes, support group meetings, and aftercare. So far, I feel that I'm in good hands.
