I LOVE DR. HOEHN! HE SAID HE GETS THE MOST HUGS FROM HIS WLS PATIENTS AND HE HAS TO KEEP DOING WLS TO GET HIS HUGS! HE TRUELY LOVES HIS PATIENTS!! HE SAID HE LIKED MY SHIRT, THEN HE SAID "I BET YOUR GONNA MISS THAT SHIRT" HA HA NO I DON'T THINK SO!
He looks very, very young! He does have a
lot of experience in laporscopic surgery.His office staff all are young & seem very helpful.
I feel surgical competence is most important but good bedside manner is nice to have also!
I was impressed with Dr. Hoehn. My PCP referred me to him which ment a lot to me. My first appointment was last March and he explained he was going to start laporscopic RNY's later on in the year. I was very interested in this type of surgery and new I would have a insurance battle so I was willing to wait. I was very impressed with "Nola" (The RN who helps coordinate EVVERYTHING). She was very helpful. I had a lot of trouble with insurance and she gave me a alot of guidence. :) Now that the insurance battle is over, I'm in the waiting mode and getting the "Pre-Op" tests out of the way. Aftercare is VERY importent and I truly feel the program that Dr. Hoehn has is very good. He will answer any questions you or your family has. My husband had many questions on this "new journey" and my "soon to be new life tool". Dr. Hoehn and his staff are very knowledgeable and again VERY helpful.
I meet Dr. Hoehn in April and he was very understanding and great and he has not changed. I had surgery 12/27/02 it went great.Dr. Hoehn's staff is great all of them they like to see you and all your results and they are always there for you when you need them. There is not one thing I did not like about Dr. Hoehn or his staff. It makes me feel good when I go see Dr. Hoehn and his face just glows to see how much weight I have lost he is a very neat Doctor.
Dr. Hoehn is a very understanding Doctor. He is laid back and has a quick smile. He answered all my questions and is very helpful. I have full confidence in him and Dr. Hitchcock.
