Muhammad Jawad Bariatric Surgeon M.D.,F.A.C.S.

My first impression of Dr. Jawad was that he seemed very knowledgeable. His office staff are wonderful! They were all very helpful and supportive. Dr. Jawad is adamant that his patients keep their G-tube for 5 weeks after surgery. This is to insure that patients having issues with eating and drinking do not become hospitalized due to dehydration or malnourisment. Dr. Jawad's office is adamant that they want to see their patients through the duration of their lives. He stresses the importance of regular bloodwork and checkups to insure his patients' health and well being. Dr. Jawad's aftercare program is very structured. Before you leave, they have scheduled you for your next appointment. His office also holds monthly support group meetings. He addressed the risks during a pre-op informational session. I rate Dr. Jawad a 10.

This office is really organized. I love chatting with the other patients. So far I have met the staff and the physician. They are really seem to care and know the business.

Have not met Dr. Jawad yet. his office staff is very nice and very imformed. They answer emails very quickly.

I felt Dr. Jawad is fine. His staff seem very knowledgeable and competent. I did feel my overall experience pre-op was a little like a \"sugery\" mill. Not a lot of warmth or real personal connection with patients. I'm very confident that I'll receive quality care from Dr. Jawad but I'm not naive enough not to realize that this is a business....a very successful business. rnrnPost op: Still confident in Dr. Jawad! Dr Jawad is all business. He lets you know EVERYTHING he is going to do up front. He tells you EVERY possible risk and goes over it until you completely understand it. rnI think his staff are wonderful. They have been helpful and professional in every aspect. I believe his surgical competence outweighs his bedside manner, but I didn't hire him to be my friend , i hired him because of his skills.rnI had a problem with the pain med the 1st night I was home and he called me back within minutes and the problem was taken care of.

He did everything he could to help me get my date. He is a great surgeon! His staff did so much as well. They were great and worked so hard for me. I feel that Dr Jawad really cares. I am so thankful I found him.

Dr. Jawad is 3rd nationwide in bariatric surgery. I feel very confident that I have chosen the right surgeon for me. The office staff are great. He is very informative about every phase of surgery. What he does not cover his staff will. He is very reserved like most doctors. So far he is a 10 in my book.

a very good surgeon and people person.i am very greatful for having a chance to see him. his staff is one of a kind. they were all polite and helpful.i will recommend him and his staff to everyone. after care is a big issue with him and he talks about it alot.he addressed all the risks of the surgery more than once. he is a great doctor and i am very bless to have had him a my surgeon. on the scale of 1 to 10 i give him 100 and this number is to low.

Dr. Jawad is a very calm and great doctor. He explains every little detail so that there is no surprise. The office staff is very helpfull. Dr. Jawad is very soft spoken and your first impression of him is a kind and caring doctor. He knows what he is talking about. And I wouldn't have picked any other doctor. The group meetings are great very informative and great to meet people who went through same situations. I am happy that Dr. Jawad is my doctor.
