My first impression of Dr. Bilof was a very good one! He is very imformative and has very good knowledge of the surgery and what to expect after the surgery! Dominga, in his office, is WONDERFUL and she has called me constantly during my approval/clearance phase and really stayed on top of everything... I look forward to having this surgery and dealing with Dr. Bilof and his staff for a long time to come!

I meet my angel on September 12th for my very first appointment. I can't wait.rnWell what can I say about Dr. Bilof.. He is absolutly wonderful. He answered all of my questions, eased my worries, spent an hour and 20 minutes talking with my BF Amy (support) and myself in general about the surgery and what option would be best for me. There was nothing I didn't like about him.. He is great, I am so glad I made the appointment with him. I would rate him on a scale of 1-10, he tips the scale in his favor!!!Looking forward to a long and prosperous journey with him and his staff!!! Hi staff was very friendly and courteous.. Dominga is fantastic and funny.. she is my personal surgeons assistant.. that is awesome!!!

He was soft spoken and nice. He led me to believe I met all the criteria to get approved. Office staff was nice, but once I got the first denial, it seemed no one want to talk to me. My primary said he would help but the letter of the specialist and his findings need to be sent to appeal the denial. When I asked his assistant who sent all materials to BC/BS received the denial, she dropped the ball and left me totally distrought. My help has been poor, I get to nervous I am getting heart or chest pains again. I have a steint already. I liked him alot until he stopped caring about me. If paper work should envolve him or his office I don't feel he will be there for you. He was very informative, he went over all risks and recooperation time and eating etc. Most important is surgical competence, 2nd is how much does he care about his patient, will he/she go the extra mile to help. I am so up-set to say he left me flat, fat and sad.

'I was referred to Dr Bilof by my friend and when i met him I knew why she told me to go to him. He was very caring and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. His staff was very nice and very patient with me. I highly recomend him and you will be very happy with the outcome. As long as you follow his instrctions and after care you will succeed. Dr Bilof told me about all the risks and also told me the precautions he takes

Dr. Bilof was very kind and soft spoken. He explained the procedure and answered any questions my husband or I may have had. He was very patient and took all the time we needed. His office staff is very helpful and answered any questions I needed answered.

I had my first visit this week on 2/14. Dr. Biloff was wonderful. He was thorough and answered alll my questions. He made me feel at ease. His staff was great as well, making my first visit more comfortable. I look forward to their help during the approval process and beyond.

I fine everything about Dr. Bilof and his team to be efficient and productive use of my time. I travel extensively and his team is very accomadating. To me, Dr. Bilof is no-nonsense, no-bull.

Overall: 9 out of 10

When I first met Dr. Bilof, he sat beside me and explained the procedure, risks and possible complications in a non rushing way. Made sure all of my questions were answered. Dr. Bilof is a soft spoken man with an excellent bedside manner. He can operate on me anytime! At follow up visits, he doesn't just give you guidelines to follow, he sits beside you and reads them to you and takes time to answer questions. Dr. Bilof gets the highest rating from me for his competence and bedside manner! I can't think of one negative thing to say about him!
