Awsome staff! I was so impressed with my first visit. Very friendly and professional. Dr. Morgan answered all of my questions, and did not rush me at all. It was as if I was the only patient in the office. Janell Pool is an excellant nurse who really knows her stuff.rnrnMy surgery went very smoothly. Dr. Moran was excellant in the hospital Overall, i am very pleased.
My first impression of Dr. Moran was that he seemed just a little cocky. Over time that opinion did not change (smile). His office staff is wonderful. They are truly a group of warm and caring individuals.rnrnWhat I liked least about Dr. Moran was the cocky attitude. Don't go to him expecting a warm greeting and hug, he's more of a handshake type of surgeon. rnrnDr. Moran stresses the importance of your follow-up visits and you should listen. He will let you know after surgery when you are due to see him. During his seminars he gave the pros and cons of both types of surgery, ie. GB or LB.rnrnOverall, I would rate Dr. Moran with an 8, if he was just a little warmer he could be a 9.5 (smile).rnrnIf I had to choose, I would rather have surgical competence, but I wish I could have both, it would make for a better nights sleep.
My first impression of Dr. Moran was that he was stiff, cold and uncaring. My impression did change over time, he is just very serious about this surgery. His staff is fabulous! Janelle is the bomb! He did a wonderful job, I feel terrific!
I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy Dr. Moran provided at the information session as well as my consult. I do not have a surgery date but will gladly update this once I have had my procedure done!
Dr Moran and his staff had a wonderful impact on my journey. I am ususally so nervous around doctors, but I was at ease with Dr Moran. He is to the point and carries a great confidence and surgical competence. Janell and Angelica are both helpful and polite. I'm very comfortable with choosing this team for my surgery!! What really won me over and made my decision was how he made it clear that He is your doctor and he will continue to be your doctor through out the whole process....not just on surgery day.
Dr. Moran and his staff are absolutely wonderful! The office staff handled everything for me regarding the insurance and were always available (via telephone and email) whenever I had any questions. Janell rocks! I dont think I could have chosen a better surgeon practice to perform this procedure on me. I give Dr. Moran and his staff a 10!

I liked hom right off the bat, straight forward and to the point. His office staff was very helpful. How many doctors offices have you gone into and they offer you bottled water? rnrnHe emphazised weight loss prior to the surgery and took the time to explain why it is beneficial to lose weight and not binge prior to the surgery. rnrnHe addressed the risks of surgery and I am ready to have this procedure done.rn
