Dr Roye is very nice and extremly kind I felt very comfortable. He explains everything in detail. Just waiting now for the insurance to pick up and my see my journey begin

Dr roye is very nice. He has a wonderful personality. It doesnt hurt that hes easy on the eyes. His secretary or whoever is the one you deal with on the phone is very insensitive. Docters are great though. I look forward to meeting with him again.

Handsome, young, professional and well spoken. The office staff is friendly and helpful and Annette does an amazing job with the test scheduling. Aftercare is heavily emphasized as well as pre up. I will let you know how he does with the surgery that I will have 4-13-04

2/6/02 I have just made my consultation appt with Dr. Roye, and I am very depressed because I couldn't get one until October. I have been doing so much research and talking with people, I got myself ready to do this and now I have to wait. It's just not fair.

Dr. Roye is very professional and does not take chances with anything. He is a gentleman and takes the time to make sure you understand everything that is going to happen. Along with his assistant Helen, you receive all of the information you need. If you are thinking about having this surgery, Dr. Roye is the one you want. HE IS WORTH THE WAIT!!!

I should start and say I am not a great fan of doctors. However saying that I can say that I was so impress with Dr. Roye and his staff. They help me with making the decision to have the operation. He and his staff answer all my question without making me feel like a child. I have a way of hiding my nervousness with humor, he saw that and even joke with me. I would and have recommeded him to friends and family

Dr. Roye ! When he first walked into the examining room I had a flash of 3 thoughts at once... Oh My, he is young. Oh My, he is handsome and Oh My, He has beautiful hands. That was my first impression. He was all business that day and answered my questions and explained everything I wanted to know. The next consultation on 1/26/04, He showed up in the room in beautiful street clothes. I even commented on how gorgeous he was. I concentrated on his hands and knew thay were strong yet delicate and in those hands I will place my faith in him. Through reputation, he is surgically competent, has get manners and has a sturctured aftercare program. I will be in that care on March 4th.

I have my 1st appt. w/Dr Roye this Friday 8/3/01.
Dr Roye is a very knowledgable Dr. I felt very comfortable with him and he made me feel the same. If I had a question or my family had any concerns he would take the time to answer them. He attends our monthy meetings and addresses the concerns of the pre-op and post op .
His staff is excellent also.

I give Dr Roye my highest recommendation. He's professional yet warm, his surgical skills are top notch and he uses his own special surgical team well experienced in bariatric surgery. His only shortcoming is that he is supremely confident and thus a bit authoritative. I felt quite safe in his care at RI Hospital. 4 1/2 months post op I have lost 112 lbs, or about 60% of my excess weight, which is amazing. The surgery is working exactly as advertised. I've had no complications and feel great.
