My Impression of Dr.Rohrer was great.He is a very nice Man and very patient.
He answered all of my Questions to the fullest.

I WAS APPROVED BY MY INSURANCE AND HAD MY SURGERY ON SEPTEMBER 6TH,2001. DR. ROHRER IS MY SURGEON AND I COULD TYPE FOREVER ABOUT HOW WONDERFUL I THINK HE IS. FROM THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT TO THE FOLLOW UP'S HE IS CARING, ATTENTIVE, AND IS TRULLY CONCERENED WITH YOUR WELL BEING AND HEALTH. HIS OFFICE STAFF CAN SEEM A LITTLE IMPATIENT AND BOTHERED AT TIMES, BUT SHE HAS ALOT OF WORK. DR. ROHRER NEVER RUSHES OR MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE WASTING HIS TIME. I NEVER ONCE WAS NERVOUS ABOUT HIS SURGICAL ABILTIES. HE IS THE BEST IN GREAT FALLS, AND PROBABLY THE BEST IN MONTANA. I AM SO GLAD THAT I HAD THE SURGERY AND I THINK DR. ROHRER IS AN AMAZING MAN AND SURGEON. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE. I WISH I WOULD HAVE RESEARCHED THIS SURGERY A LITTLE MORE. I HAD TO LEARN ALOT OFTER THE SURGERY WHEN I DIDNT HAVE A CHOICE. SO MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE IS TO KNOW AND PREPARE YOURSELF FOR WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO DO. IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Hello-I have an initial visit with Dr.Rohrer on September 7,2001,in Great Falls. It sucks that Billings is suppose to be the hub of the medical field in Montana-but---have to go over 200 miles away to have it done. Oh well....
Can't wait!! I have all of my information I think I need from my other doctors here in Billings-hope this is the beginning of a "fast relationship".

Well, I had my first visit with Dr. Rohrer. He is an awesome guy-so is his assistant Lisa. What a great team.
I guess my day started crappy because I had to drive to Great Falls from Billings, and the weather was aweful. It both rained and snowed on the way over-and trucks galore on the highway (2lane in fact). I was late needless to say-but I did call and let them know 1/2 way there that I was on my way and the troubles I was having. THEN...when I get there-I get directions to the wrong building-I felt like such an air head!! Oh well-I could honestly say I was an out of towner!
Dr. Rohrer let my mother (who is my biggest supporter) in on the consult with me-she helped me to ask questions that we talked about that I had forgotten. He really did explain a great deal to us and also said that I was "a good candidate" for the surgery.
So-Now I am just waiting for insurance approval!! yippee!!!

My first impression of Dr.Rohrer was great He is a very nice Men and explains the Surgery to the fullest.He also answeres all Your Questions You might have.
The Office Staff is excellent and his Nurse is very nice too.I would recommend Him and His staff to everyone,At anytime.
I need to tell that He is a very skilled Doctor and My Surgery went great....
His aftercare is excellent also and He makes sure Your doing great.He is a very patient Man and if You have concerns about anything while your loosing the weight He is there and talks about it and answeres all Your questions You might have....

DR. ROHRER IS A VERY NICE MAN AND WAS VERY HELPFUL ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS. HIS SECRETRY LISA IS ALSO VERY NICE NASD HELPFUL.I CHOOSE HIM BECAUSE I HAD HEARD HE IS A EXCELLENT SURGEON AND HAS GREAT BED SIDE MANOR.HE TOLD ME AFTER CARE IS VERY IMPORTANT.WE HAVE A GREAT SUPPORT GROUP HER IN TOWN. IN FACT HE IS SPEAKING AT IT THE NEXT MEETING SO HE IS INVLOVED I FEEL WITH HIS PATIENTS.HE TOLD ME TOLD ME ALL THE RISKS OF SURGERY AND EXPLAINED EVERY THING VERY CLEARLY TO MY HUSBUND AND I.I WOULD RATE HIM A 10 SO FAR AS I HAVE MY SURGERY OCTOBER 1, 2001.

I am very pleased with Dr Rohrer - very easy
to talk to and Lisa has been great. I am extremely nervous about having this surgery -almost to the point of backing out - but I have been going to the support meetings and I am determined to see this through.

I think Dr. Rorher was a great doctor!! He was very thorough in explaining everything to me, and he truly listened to me. His staff seemed very knowledgeble, and was also very easy to talk to. My after visits have been very pleasant. He is very encouraging and supportive. Dr. Rorher explained the risks and the dangers of this surgery very well.I would rate him very highly over-all. His surgical competence and bedside manner are extremely comforting!

I really appreciated his taking the time to discuss the entire surgery with myself and my husband. He was very adamant about me not drinking carbonated beverages after the surgery. I was very pleased with his office staff and their professionalism. I would give him and his office a 4 **** rating!

Dr. Rohrer is the most kind and considerate person. He is very willing to explain the surgery and what complications could arise from having this surgery. He welcomes questions. He does not make you feel ashamed of being overweight. His staff is wonderful. He very strongly stresses aftercare and gives you all the information regarding the aftercare on the very first visit. He explain the risks of having the surgery. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give Dr. Rohrer a 10+.

My surgeon was very informative and I felt very comfortable with him. His office staff was very nice, considerate and caring. He says aftercare is very important and I'm gonna follow to a T....my uncle had this surgery done and he gave me quite a few pointers!
