My first impression of Dr. Brader was a good one. I liked the fact that he knows what he's doing, loves what he does and is good at it. He explained in detail the risks and potential complications. I was really impressed with him and felt comfortable in my choice of surgeons. rnrnUpdate: I now have Dr. Boe as my surgeon/after care doctor due to my original doctor leaveing Barix. I absalutely would recomend Dr. Boe to anyone!
I chose Dr. Boe to do a revision of my Roux-en-Y two years after I had my original bypass with another surgeon. Dr. Boe did a wonderful job repairing everything. He is very kind and genuinely cares for his patients. Though he has moved several states away, Dr. Boe continues to provide me with advice about any problems that I encounter and answers any questions that I have.
I was very impressed and pleased with Dr Boe! I was asked to use him after Dr Brader left and have no regrets! He is so personable and very professional! I had a \"bit\" of nausea/pain trouble on my surgery day/night and he must have been called every couple of hours on my behalf and each time he responded to my needs quickly and he made sure that i was being taken care of appropriately! His bedside manor \"rocks!\" He always had a smile for his patients! Thank you Dr Boe and keep up the great work!
I liked Dr. Boe. He answered all my questions plus some I didn't even know to ask. I researched his surgery history and all is well. I asked him to give me a \"decorative\" scar. I'm not so sure he will, but I had to ask. HEHE!! I feel good about going to him. He's kind of young, but he's not new to surgery. rnrnrnApril 29, 2001:rnrnI need to say that the aftercare at BTC is definately lacking. I was treated great prior to surgery, but left out in the cold when I ran into problems afterwards. I'm thankful that Dr. Schlesinger at BTC stepped up and helped me. I still ended up transferring to Dr. Baker in Fridley, Minnesota for all of my post surgery needs. rnrn
I love love love Dr. Boe. Anyone who cares enough about their patients to worry about how an incision is going to make their tattoo look is awesome in my book. From my first consult in April with Dr. Boe I felt comfortable. And that feeling just got better when I saw him preop and we were talking about tattoos!! Post op care awesome, this man really cares about how you are doing/feeling/etc....rnrnI know a few people who are looking for this surgery and I will definitely recommend Dr. Boe to them. My grandparents were even impressed with him! He offered to call my mom at work when he came out to let my grandparents know everything went well!!! How awesome is that????
My first impression of Dr. Boe he was easy to talk to. I am so glad I went to the Barix Clinicrneveryone wanted me to go to a hosp. because they did not really like the idea that it was a free standing sight. I felt very comfortable and confident there. Dr. Boe was great came to see me before after the surgery and just chatted away very down to earth. I would tell everyone to go there.
