Dr. Rose is absolutely the best. She is wonderful. She is there if you need her no matter what. She answers any questions you have no matter how many times you ask. She is such a thoughtful and caring person. I know she really has to enjoy her job. She is a blessing from God. The staff at Live Lite are great. Brittany, Ms. Judy, Dr. Teater and Johnette are fabulous. You can call and someone will be able to talk to you and answer anything you need to know. They offer their hand to help you in every way possible. Thank all of you for making this life changing journey so easy to go through. You are all a blessing.
I just had my gallbladder removed from Dr. Ludwig. He is fabulous. The first time I met him I was nervous because Dr. Rose had been my surgeon. But, he made me feel calm and he is exceptional. I dont think anyone could have picked up with her patients like he did. He is great.

My first impression of Dr. Rose was "gee she is young". But after the first consult I knew that she was a well qualified surgon. Her staff, Ms Judy and Britney are great. Britney can answer any question that you and help with questions about your diet and just anything u need to know. There was nothing that I disliked about Dr. Rose and her staff. Dr. Rose is no longer with the Liv-Lite program in Biloxi and Ifeel it is a great loss. But I guess God had a better calling for her. Se is a great Dr. and she listens to her patients. Where ever she is I know she is giving her patients the best og care. She really emphasize after care. I went there up until June when Dr. Rose left, but I am doing my follow-up care with my PCP. Without follow-up care you are lost. You need the monthly labs, and that pep talk from your Dr. Dr Rose fully explained the risk of the surgery and explaind that due to my heart condition and weight mine would be greater than most patients, but I was willing to take the risk and Dr. Rose was willing to take the risk with me. She was super, she as I knew that without the surgery my chance of survival was the same as if I had the surgery or not. I would not survive if I didn't have it. So having the surgery was a win-win situation for me. Dr. Rose is the best. And I know the patients that is blessed enough to have her now has the best Dr there is.

Dr.Amy Rose was SUPER ! Very professional - very maticulous - genuinely interested in any & everything you had to say (which has not always been my experience with most Dr's). The only problem I had with her is that she moved to Virginia 4 months after doing my surgery - but I couldn't much blame her reasons. She & her staff were wonderful & I miss Dr. Rose very much. I had done alot of research on her before deciding that I wanted her to do my surgery. Mainly - that she had done sooo many - that I figured she would have encountered most anything that could go wrong & know how to avoid it or deal with it. Aftercare was just as important to her as the surgery. She was very upfront about the risks & that the surgery was just a tool not a cure-all for weight loss. She's a 10+ & her surgical competence & bedside manner are neck & neck. Dr. Ludwig (who has taken her place) is very nice too & seems as interested in his patient's well being as Dr. Rose. Tho, one change in the office procedure - since Dr. Rose left - that I was disappointed about - is that NOW they charge for follow up visits & when Dr. Rose was there - you could go from now on for follow ups & they never charged. I wish Meridian could be so lucky to get a surgeon as Dr. Amy Rose.

She was excellent. Unfortunately, she moved her practice to Virginia. All her patients hated to see her leave, however, you can't blame someone for career changes. Her office staff, which remained, are excellent as well. Judy and Brittany are quite knowledgable about the program and are ready to assist in any way possible. They have an outstanding pre surgery policy, including psychological testing. The follow up procedure is continual and ongoing. Her replacement surgeon will continue to monitor her patients throughout their lifetime. She explained all the risks of the procedure several times in order to make sure I was aware of the possible complications. I can find no fault with her in any areas, other than she left me. I would let her operate on me tomorrow.

The first time i met Dr Rose i felt at ease. She is the most wonderful doctor i ever met, she listened and still listens to everything i have to say or ask. I could NEVER ask for a more kind well spoken for doctor. Dr.Rose has changed my life completley. Brittany and Ms. Judy are my angels. I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Amy Rose at Gulf Coast Medical Center for the gastric bypass surgeries. I was extremely scared in pre op till i seen Dr. Rose then i calmed down.I want to thank you soo much for giving my husband and i a future together Dr.Rose.

My first impression of Dr. Rose was that she was one of the most caring, considerate doctors I had ever met. She was very professional, but took the time to answer any question that I might have. Brittany and Judy are wonderful as well. Dr. Rose stresses that importance of aftercare and requires that you make regularly scheduled appointments. She was very up front about the risks and possible complications of WLS. On a scale of 1-10, I would definitely rate Dr. Rose a 10-plus! Surgical competence is definitely important, but I like a doctor who has a great bedside manner...someone like Dr. Rose.

I have met with Dr. Rose once. But have met and talked a lot with her staff. I really feel like this fine people are true professicall. I could not ask for a better group of people. Brittney and Mrs. Judy, are really great people. They help with any question I may have. And Dr. Rose is the only one I can think of that I would let do my surgery. I'm sure there are a lot of caring surgons out there. But I feel real comfortable with the Dr. and staff st the Live Lite Center.
