'My first impression of Dr. Zorn was one of relief. I was relieved to finally be meeting the Doctor who will be changing my life.rnThe office staff is very friendly but a little slow. They are very busy and I understand the difficulty with dealing with several patients. rnI didn't like waiting for the Doctor for over an hour. rnI would strongly recommend Dr. Zorn and Pacific Bariatrics. My family and I are very comfertable with them and their skill level. TrnThere is a great structured aftercare program that I am excited to begin. rnDr. Zorn explained the potential complecations of surgery and told me their rates of infections
Dr. Rumsey seems to be a very confident and caring doctor. He explained everything very thoroughly and even drew diagrams. Before my journey started and i researched a few doctors on this site, i had my mind set on one, but after my orientation at Pacific Bariatric, i was happy with two of the doctors. Then when they told me that Dr. Rumsey was the first doctor who would be able to see me, i accepted. He was a very warm and gentle man and i couldn't have felt more comfortable with my decision after meeting with him! The staff has always been polite, friendly and extremely helpful.
Dr. Zorn made a great first impression and over time my impression is the same. Dr. Zorn talks to you like he really cares. He doesn't sugar coat things but at the same time doesn't scare you off. His staff is just as wonderful. They are caring and compassionate. There is nothing about Dr. Zorn that I don't like. One of the greatest things about Dr. Zorn and his surgeon group is that they have an excellent after care program. They tell you extactly what to eat and drink. They keep you really well informed, there are no surprises. Overall I rate Dr. Zorn as excellent. I couldn't ask for anything more from him.
He was so nice.. I felt very comfortable meeting with him... He didn't make me feel self conscious. The are very efficient when it comes to being ready for surgery. though I didn't want to wait, they made sure all labs were good before scheduling. To make sure I was in prime shape for surgery.
He is very educated and helpful when I am at my appointments regardless if they are a group session or one on one.
What can I say about Dr. Zorn, he's compassionate, professional, easy to talk to, and relaxed. He answered all my questions and told me not to hesitate to call if I had anymore. Everyone in his office was extremely nice and professional.
Dr. Zorn is a wonderful person. I feel he knows what he is doing and is very informative.The staff is awesome they go way beyond the call of duty.
Extremely professional. Very kind and compassionate man. Makes you feel you have done a wonderful and brave thing. I would recommend him to absolutley anyone.
