YAY, its Friday again!!! Good morning everyone. I just couldn't push myself to get up for the gym this morning, I was just so tired. I hope to get out at lunch for a good 5-6 km walk so fingers crossed that happens. I'm sure its going to be a loooon

Good morning Pouch Pals! Well last week was terrible. I had such a terrible cold and just didn't feel like eating. I'm better now and I do believe my appetite is back. Went to the gym this morning and did my 5 kms in just under 43 minutes. That's
