Good morning everyone!  Happy to report that those 3 lbs have slipped away!! Fickle scale!!

Not too much going on today.  I do have a site visit at the park today, we're building new tennis/pickleball courts!  Gets me out of the office for a sp

UGH! Wish I had the day off.  11 weeks out and up 3 lbs!! Hate reporting that but have to take the ups with the downs!  Be accountable....blah blah blah.

Not really planned today....just threw protein in the lunch bag and will make meals/snacks

Good morning, we made it!!  Looking forward to a relaxing weekend by the pool, and maybe head to the International Food Festival in the park for something to do.

Nothing new here!  Hump day....  blah blah blah.  Been eating on plan, when there's been "crap" food everyday at the office and still I'm up a lb since Monday, GRRRR.  Wicked cramps in my calves in the mornings....
