Darlene, your story is so amazing. It is a God send. I have wept at your trials and tribulations and I have applauded your determination and will power to not only have this surgery but to have a better life as well. I believe you will be just fine and I am so glad that you and your husband are back together. That just goes to show you what a mighty God we serve. Through him all things are possible. Darlene, Congrat's on the 50 lb loss and the speedy recovery. Your whole procedure has been an ordeal but you are truly a miracle lady. You're our inspiration and you give us hope on days when we feel down and we feel so blessed to have you as part of our family. Please take care and know that I wish you the very best. God Bless.

Sorry it has been awhie, mom had a little scare the other night, her heart was racing, it was up to 184 at one point. They gave her something and a few hours later it was back to normal. She was going to go to rehab on Thur but that episode was Wen night so she didn't go till Fri. She got all settled in, she was transported by Ambulance and she was surounded by lots of handsom Firefighters. lol. I told her she never gets the ugly ones, lol. well I am about to leave to go see her I will update again when there is more to tell, Lisa.

Darlene, I've just read your entire profile and I am thrilled that your surgery went so well and you are doing so well. You have been through so much since 1996 but I trust that you are on the road to getting your life back. Know that you are a real inspiration to me. I don't know if I could have held on for a long and through as much as you have! You are in my prayers for a speedy recovery and I really look forward to hearing about your weight loss journey. Dear Darlene, I just read your profile and as the last person that posted said,,you have ANOTHER WOMEN IN CALIFORNIA WHO IS BLOWN AWAY BY YOUR COURAGE, your wisdom, your strength and your determination. My surgery is next Thursday the 31st and I thought I was gonna have it rough. Just know how very very proud of you we are and that we all wish you much love and all the skinniness in the world :)
