Darlene, I will be praying for you and congratulations. I am from Guthrie, Oklahoma and had wls on March 14, 2003. I am down 58 lbs. My surgeon is Dr. Floyd ( I tried to get Dr. Pearce but he wasn't available at the time - He is a great surgeon). Anyway, God speed.

Dalene my love We have had a lots fun and lots of sadness together. I will be with you on this joureny through this surgery just the way a husband should be. I have always stood beside you on everything you wanted in life I still Love you with all of my heart. NO BLESSING I WILL BE DENIED (THERE IS NO OTHER FOUNTAIN) I will draw my strength from Jesus As I lay upon his breast; I will take my comfort from Him I will find in Him my rest. For there is no other fountain Where I can be more satisfied. Than in the arms of Christ my Savior No blessing I will be denied. Best wishes Darlene, My surgery is also on the 15th of July in Portland, Oregon. I pray God will bless you with a uneventful surgery and a easy recovery. In fact may the Lord bless us both. Darlene... God bless you as you continue your journey toward surgery!! I am pre-op, scheduled for 6/18 for open RNY and can't wait to really live as I know I haven't been able to up to this point!! You're in my prayers for a wonderful surgery experience and a speedy recovery!! :-)

Darlene, I read your journal and have to say that I am sitting here with tears in my eyes. I weighed less then you prior to my surgery but I had started to have the same type of issues that you have. I wondered what would happen if I fell or what would happen if I could no longer work. I am sorry that you and your husband are no longer together. He was there when you really needed someone so maybe that was his role in your life. I wish you all the best and hope that this will be the last summer that you are contained within a house. A few months after surgery and all should be so much better. God bless. KimmieTN
