Well they did the surgety last night, it was supposed to take 45 min to and hour and a half, it took 4 hours. We were getting very worried to say the least. The dr was not very optimistic but I know better, we need to all stand in the gap for my mom, she needs it. The dr said she was very very close to dying. and if they hadn't done this she would have. She will keep this trak till she loses at LEAST 400 lbs. The dr said it's possible but not likely, I can't lose her so miracles WILL happen and fast. Just lift her up in all ur prayer and toughts on a daily basis. I know she is greatly thankful for this. The dr said that it is a merical that she is even alive he has seen people w/ this prob that only weighed 300 lbs. Well I have to run it is time to go back up to the hospital, ttys, Lisa.

Darlene~May God and His angels continue to watch over you and yours while you are fighting so hard to recover from this surgery. I pray as well as all of us here at OH.com pray for a wonderful outcome to this step the doctors are taking to make it easier for you to breathe. It will also get more oxygen to your organs and help you recover better and faster. God is good all the time for us and I know He is always with you. Thank the heavens you have such wonderful family to stand beside you. May you recover quickly and continue on the losing trip, but in a healthful way.~Lise

well the are going to put the trak back in around 5 pm today and hopefuly that will make it easier for her to breath, she just can't keep her stats up and the CO in her blood is WAY to high. They have her on this mask thing that forces her to breath right and when they put the trak back in they are going to put her back on the ventolator. We will just have to wait and see how it goes from there. She seems to be doing better and not quite so scared. she is still in ICU just in case she crashes people will be near her. We all knew going into this the risks and we are prepared for them. But they are only temp and are a means to and end. The end justifies the means right now. in a year or so this will all be a wonderful bad memory. Thanks for all your prayers and support, Lisa.

Well she is still having trouble keeping her stats up and I'm not sure why. Just keep her in ur prayer and thoughts. I will keep everyone updated as I get the info thanks for everyones prayers and thoughts, Lisa.

Darlene, I am glad that the doctors found out what was wrong with you and are treating you. I am praying that your recovery goes well and you will be back home soon. Your daughter Lisa is a beautiful person on the inside and she truly loves you. Thank God for such a wonderful daughter as her. She has kept us updated on you very nicely, you couldn't have asked for a better person. Blessings to you as you continue on your journey.
