Hey Justin! I had a NG tube for about 2 days. Didn't hurt but as the intern said, "Feels like a big booger being pulled out". Yep, thats what it felt like! YOur throat will be sore but not bad. The staples don't hurt AT ALL! It will actually be a relief to get them out. Was for me anyway. Started to get irritated towards the end. Your going to do great!! Kris
