I am 8 weeks post op now and have been back to see Dr. Halmi three times. I have never been to a Doctor as sincere, gentle, caring, etc. as he. My experience from start to finish could not have went any smoother than it did and I have Dr. Halmi, Deanna Duvall, and the office staff to thank, without all of them I wouldn't be 68 pounds (8 weeks post op) lighter today! If you are looking for a surgeon PLEASE consider Dr. Halmi, you will not find a better Surgeon.

I haven't met with Dr. King yet, but his office staff so far has been wonderful!
I have called to find out what other appts. I need and they were willing to tell me everything I needed to know without feeling like I was bothering them or being rushed.

4/18/03 - I met with Dr. King today and he is wonderful. I know I have made the right decision. He was willing to take all the time I needed to answer my long list of questions. Thank you Dr. King!!!!

6/3/03 - Since Dr. King is no longer doing this surgery, I will be going to Dr. Halmi. My appointment is on June 12.

6/16/03 - I met with Dr Halmi last Thursday and felt so at ease with him. I was filled with this inner peace after being extremely nervous that morning. After my appt., he told me he would call with a date.
They called this morning and my date is July 2, 2003 - just 2 weeks!!!!! Dr Halmi had told me last week that he would try to get me in as soon as possible. I really like Dr Halmi and his staff. They are kind and caring and I really feel comfortable.

Well i met with DR, Halmi on MAY20.2003 he says im a perfect canadite for this surgery he seems very concerned with my health he was very soft spoken answered all my questions i felt very releived that i chose him

My first impression of Dr. Halmi was very lasting. He is very patient and takes his time to explain everything. He didn't sugar coat anything. He tells it like it is. His staff was wonderful, they to are patient and caring. He really go lucky choosing them. For future patients: If you are not ready for reality, then you are not ready for Dr. Halmi. On a scale of 1-10 I gave Dr. Halmi a 8.9.

My first impression of Dr. Halmi was wonderful, he is compasionate, caring and to the point! The office staff is EXCELLENT and very professional. They always have time for you. The one and only thing I didn't like is that Dr. Halmi is not in Frederick, Maryland!!!! If you are considering making an appointment to see Dr. Halmi I would be the first to tell you- he is very informative and the best thing of all he takes time with you and answers all questions without rushing you. Overall, my experience so far with Dr. Halmi has been a wonderful one, I hope everything from here on out goes as smooth, the trip from Maryland to Virginia was well worth it so far!

I met briefly with Dr. Halmi. I was impressed with his credentials and I feel confident he will do a great job!

I have seen Dr. Halmi twice. I have been impressed with careful explanation of the proceedure, the possible complications and what it takes to be successful. His staff has been professional and helpful.
