I was very pleased with Vanderbilt. The staff was the BEST and accommodated me in every way possible.

I would use this hospital again because of the technology.
They are cutting edge.

Great employees, but they seemed to be short on staff. They would do anything to help you, only if they had the time. Sometimes long delays when you needed help to get up and walk. I believe they have a nurse shortage.

The only downfall on Vanderbilt is that it was dirty. It needs renovating and better housekeepers.

I had only one bad experience, and it was with a nurse. The rest was top-notch...all the way!

Vanderbilt has the best physicians and surgeons anywhere, but it has a terrible shortage of nursing staff and because it is so large in size it is very difficult to find parking and get from one place to another.

My doctor and his associated were incredible!!! But, the hospital staff was the pits!!! I had ONE wonderful nurse and the rest were horrible!!! I would NEVER recommend Vanderbilt to anyone!!!!
