I feel that Swedish did a good job in helping me after my surgery. The surgery itself was 5 hours later than scheduled, which made for a long, anxious day. The staff was good and the financial office has been helpful in not bugging me while I appealed the insurance folks.

Everything was great. the only down side was the staff in the radiology room. They were not at all nice and had no care about my comfort or humiliation. Wish i had gotten there names but i was in to much pain from surgery to think about it. Overall Swedish was awesome. No regrets!

My nurse's were great, espically Maria & Sue.. There are more that i liked but i can't remember they're names. I was scared going into this, but i came out ok.. Getting prepped for surgery was good.. I said i was scared & afraid i was going to die, The 2 guy's & girl that was there all put theyre hands on my shoulder gave it a little rub & said no you'll be ok, gave me a smile of reassurance & poof i was out.

They have a specified "bariatric" floor of the hospital, all private rooms, which is outstanding for this type of surgery. Everyone was fantastic!!!

hospital was great in operating room/prep and ccu, but surgery floor needs help

Everything was wonderful. The only thing is to watch out for Radiology. They are not very patient. Pushed me twice because i did not move quick enough. Other than that i had a wonderful experience.

I found my stay there very comforting. I had nurses that were very attentive to me and answered all my questions and even just talked and encouraged me. It made it alot easier to get up and start walking right away. It was also very nice to have my fiance be able to stay in the room with me. They even got him a bed to sleep in so he was comfortable too. I really loved how friendsly they were. Made the stay very pleasant

Each nurse I had during my stay, was very informed about gastric bypass, and they answered all my questions, and double checked my food when it go to me to make sure it was sugar free. All the nurses knew of my surgeon, and how he wanted his patients treated, and did everything possible to make me comfortable during my stay. It was an excellent experience.
