you have to have both to be a great bari surgeon and he is
She was efficient, to the point, not openly friendly - busy, but she knew what she was talking about.
It hasn't really changed. I saw her once prior to surgery, and had surgery in March and have had 3 appointments and saw her 2 of the 3 times. Very quick but I didn't have any problems and I was secure in her proficiency at what she did.
The office staff are pleasant, helpful and efficient.
Least I think would be her busy/busy nature, hurry/hurry.
She's good at what she does! I've had no complications and have lost 101 pounds.(I'm at my goal weight)
She's part of the St. Vincent Bariatric program and required a committment that I would follow the program.
The risks were addressed in a formal orientation meeting and written material.
I'd give her an 8 on a scale of 10. Surgical competence was the most important thing for me and she's definitely competent.
The Hospital which is made up of their staff is excellent. All aspects and every person on staff at St. Vincents were very sensitive, caring, helpful, respectful, knowledgeable in knowing what you need, friendly, happy to be at work, happy to assist you in any way they can, willing to go that extra mile for you, very concerned about your privacy. From the housekeepers, dietary, Techs, and Nursing they all are top notch and they are also a credit to their choosen profession. A++++++ for all of the personel at St. Vincent's Hospital in Carmel, Indiana.
