My first impression of Margaret Inman, was knowledgable, professional, and very to the point. She didn't sugar coat anything. If you were there and you didn't plan on doing every step she advised you to do, you shouldn't bother her or waste her time. She's serious about saving lives and doesn't need to waste her energy, skills, or resources on people that aren't committed! This impression continued throughout the consultation and the brief one on one time my husband and I spent with her. She was friendly and sincere, but she knew her job and that is to make sure we know ours as patient and support team members. (my husband and family) rnrnThe staff was friendly and fast. The front desk person was a bit cool, but you only have to deal with her for a small bit of time. Maybe she was having a bad day. *shrugs*rnrnI can't think of anything I liked least about Inman. . .liked best. . .candor. . .Don't sugar coat the risks, just lay them out there and let's deal with them. That was great and set my mind at ease. rnrnShe really stresses how they are there for you after surgery. But she also tells you. . .It is up to you to make that effort. rnrnOverall. . .a scale of 1-10 - 10 being the best. . .Inman's first impression 10 + . . . rnrnRight now for Dr. Inman. . .I have nothing negative. . .only the person at the desk was a bit aloof. . . My opinion my change as I meet with her more, but right now. . .she's getting an A- with me. . and the minus is because of the office girl.

All the staff was respectful and non-judgemental. They called me a week after my surgery to see how I was doing. They have a great staff of nurses and dieticians that Ican call or email any time. They were and are wonderful.

The staff at St Vincents was wonderful. Every accomedation I needed they made before I even asked. They made my visit as comfortable as possible and I would choose them above other hospitals, even with a two-hour trip to get there. It was worth the drive.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The diet is easy to follow and I left missing my nursing staff and Techs. These people so care about you and so many of the nurses had been previous WLS patients themselves so they know how you feel.

She is very sweet! She even agreed to keep my surgery date of 8/22/06 that was originally set for my LAP RNY with her partner Dr. Evanson.
