St. Luke's Medical Center (COE) Hospital
ICU WAS REAL TOGETHER AND A EXCELLENT CARE STAFF BUT THE 6TH FLOOR WAS TERRIBLE I MEAN THE NIGHT TIME STAFF SEEMED TO BE MORE RESPONSIVE THAN THE DAY TIME STAFF ALL NURSES AND CNA WERE GREAT PERSONALITY AND NICE WISE BUT DAMN IT WHEN U NEED HELP TO THE TOILETTE AND THEY TAKE OVER 30 MINUTES AND ACT LIKE U ARE BOTHERING THEM WHEN PUSHING THE BUTTON IT GOT A LIL CRAZY BUT OVERALL IT WAS NICE AND BRIDGES CENTRE WAS WONDERFULL ALL THERE STAFF BUT JUST THE HOSPITALS EQUIPTMENT AND BUILDING WAS TERRIBLE AND OUT DATED I SEEN PLACES THAT COULD HAVE BEEN MORE CLEAN BUT IM OK AND THEY DID TAKE CARE OF ME BUT MY WHEELCHAIR IS WAS BETTER THAN THERES AND THATS SAD ..
After reading the other reviews of St. Lukes, I was a bit apprehensive. I kept a good attitude and got out of there in three days. The staff was great and gave me time alone, which I really need after having surgery.the bed I had was broken and that's about the only negative thing I can think of.My overall experience was great.Everyone was kind and informative, not pushy. They allowed my husband to stay late and hang out all day.Whenever I pushed the call button, someone was there within 5-10 min. Overall score-9-
