Sacred Heart Medical Center Hospital

I would reccommend this hospital to any person...whether it be for surgery or any other need.

I had recieved pretty good care during my stay, except the last day and nite. The dr. gave me a choice to stay one more day or go home. After awhile I decided to stay the extra day and the nurses didn't seem too happy with that, I noticed a bit of an attitude change.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. There were a couple nurses specifically that were awesome!!! I would totally recommend Sacred Heart to anyone having this surgery.

Very large hospital, but very attentive to patient care.

I felt that the staff was short as sometimes you may not see a nurse for quite a long time, especially day shift. I felt I actually received better care from evening shift and nights.

I had a good hospital stay, but I must admit that there is one nurse on the night staff that should be replaced.

I would gladly entrust my son's life to the folks at Sacred Heart -- and that's the ultimate test of how I feel about health-care institutions. The nurses were caring, friendly, quick to respond and very knowledgeable; the techs were willing to help me in any way they could, and the surgical staff was first-rate. Surgery is never a day at the park, but the folks at Sacred Heart made this a very positive experience for me.

I had very good care during the day. The NAC named Sue was a Godsend and I appreciated her greatly. At night there were times I asked for help and no one came, but my needs were not emergent so I wasn't too upset over it. Daytime help was awesome.

The staff was very nice i only had one bad nurse. All the rest were very nice to me.

It is very large. As with other hospitals I know, there are some nurses whom are excellent and very attentive and caring, and then there are some who are impatient, cold, and handle situations inappropriately. I filled out praise cards to give to the supervisors of two nurses for their exellent caregiving.
