My first impression was that he seemed to really know his \"stuff\". He was very nice the first time i saw him. The 2 other times i saw him seemed to be betther than the first because it was at these points that i was ready for my surgery. The last time (a few weeks ago) was probably the most humor i saw from him because i told him i got sick and tired of the insurance companies and that im paying for it myself. He seemed really interested in knowing how i was paying for it. Maybe shocked that i just came to this decision. His office staff was good. I usually like to deal with only the office manager after one bad phone call with one of the office staff that was very rude to me on the phone. (We'll just chalk that up to having a bad day) rnrn--i'll be able to comment more after i have the surgery on march 4th!

The only issue I had, they put me in a chair in recovery for 3 hours. I thought I was going to lose it. I began to quietly cry and that's when they finally put me in a room.

I think Dr. Pohl is great. I had no problems with my appoval and saw him for my first appt. in july and my surgery was scheduled for Nov 2006. His staff answered all my questions every time I called. I think he is a great surgeon.

What can I say besides...I love Dr Pohl! Hes one of a very rare breed of doctors who genuinely cares and doesnt rush you, he wants to make sure that you're comfortable and well informed

I was very disappointed with my care at this hospital - the one bright point was the CNA (Shanada) who was very very nice...

He is very kind. He is also very busy, so I didn't spend a lot of time with him, but it is obvious that he cares very deeply about his patients.

Dr. Pohl seems really nice. Basically tell it like it is with a smile. My favorite line so far. \"If you don't want to know the answer, don't ask me the question.\"
