I saw Dr Fiallo speak at a weight loss seminar and he was very informative and too the point. My first visit with him was good, he was curteous to myself and my husband. He took the time to listen if we had any concerns or questions. I never felt rushed and took my time speaking to him, I was comfortable.rnHe explained the procedure and what he thought would be benificial most to me and my needs. He addressed risks as well as benefits.rnAt this time I have no concerns in my choice for Dr Fiallo being my surgeon.rn

I am very happy with how it all went. I was glad to hear Dr. Fiallo does the surgery with another surgeon in the room, it's part of the reason I chose him. His office staff was a bit aggrevating to deal with, but once we finally got everything organized it all came to gether well. The hospital was really good, I felt very well taken care of. All in all I was happy.

I first Met Dr. Fiallo at a support meeting and thought he was great and answered all my questions. My impression of him has not changed over my time time of knowing him. I think his staff is wonderful as long as you do not get denied and then when you get denied it is like they want nothing to do with you. That is how I was treated bye Cheryl. Once I was denied it was like she wanted nothing to do with me and if it was not for me being on the phone with my insurance company for 4 hours I probably would not have had the surgery. Made risks an issues all the time did not want you not to know what the risks were. I would rate him an 8 out of 10 and reason being. I saw him when he came into mark my belly and then I went into surgery never saw him and when I came out of surgery never saw him. Never saw him once after he marked my belly way before surgery. and now I won't see him again until Sept. 6 weeks after surgery.

I have met with Dr. Fiallo twice- once in 2004 when I was looking into surgery and once this year when I made my decision to have LGP. He seems very nice and took the time to listen and answer all my questions. His office staff was a little unorganized. I also consulted with other area surgeons and I like Dr. Fiallo the best.

Good hospital. If your insurer tells you to go to Mercy or Baystate. Either one that you chose it's still an excellent hospital.

The first time I meet Dr Fiallo was when my husband had Gastric bypass two years ago, He and His office staff couldn't have been nicer to us. He addressed all of our concerns and took care of any thing that wasn't perfect. So when it became my turn I knew where to go! even though I was having lap-banding. The only thing with this office is it is very busy.

FIALLO IS A GOOD DOCTOR, HE TELLS YOU ALL THE RISK AND THE BENEFITS THAT YOU GET FROM THE SURGERY AND EXPLAINS ALL THE DIFFRENT KINDS OF SURGERY THERE IS AND WHICH ONE YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE WILL PAY FOR.
