Absolutely wonderful!

I received excellent and informative service pre and post surgery. I was less anxious, because they really took the time to prepare me for this sort of surgery. I recommend her service to others who would like to explore this type of procedure.

Doctor McMillian is a GREAT Doctor. She has worked closely with Doctor Valin since her residency at The Hospital. She has a heart of gold. Call and make an appt. They get you in fast.

My first impression of Dr. Fiallo was that he was very professional, and so was his staff, and over time my impression has not changed.I think that maybe he was a little too serious, but it's not something that would make me turn away and find another doctor. When you go to your consult, make sure you have done extensive research on the procedure you want done. The day of my consult, he addressed all of the risks of the surgery, and on my second visit he gave me a quiz on my knowledge of the surgery.I will give hime and overall rating, andcomment on wether is his surgical competence is better than his bedside manner or vice versa, once I go through the surgery. Although I picked him because I have heard nothing but great things about him.

he is a wonderful doctor, he walks you through everything completly and answers all your questions But for me his office staff was almost rude, there too busy and are forgetful in doing paperwork it took them 8 weeks to send in my paperwork to the insurance company and to top it off they did it wrong if I had not called the insurance company my self nothing would have got done

I had excellent care pre-op and immediate post op, but after I left PACU one staff member made my experience go downhill.

The staff were very nice and accomadating, except at night. The night nurses appeared to be bothered when you needed them and it was frustrating, but during the day it was no problem and everyone was helpful.
