a few inconsiderations, but minor...ie...rooming me with someone who got delicious smelling meals (a non-bypass person)
bringing me the wrong lunch on the last day...a full meal with lemon merenge pie...and then saying it was right!

HUMD treated me like royalty from the begining to the end. I didn't feel nervous or scared. I felt like I was in great hands

I loved Hackensack, would drive over an hour anytime to have another procedure done there. Loved the gardens by the "fat" wing

The nurses were excellent in the care received. It was nice to have a couple of them that had the surgeries done to themselves, to give their advice.

The entire experience was nerve wracking for me and every staff member handled me with nothing but kindness, concern and respect. They made a tough situation a whole lot better and took excellent care of me.

I hate hospitals but I never felt that way during my stay here. The staff worked for the patients it was great.

Was glad to be there knowing that even some of the nurses have had the surgery done and they were very understanding and friendly
