Overall my experience was very good. The nursing staff is especially good. There were some mix-ups when we arrived the evening before my surgery that caused undo tension, but they were quick to respond to the situation and find an adequate arrangement. I also have to say that the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I was crazed to leave, only because I couldn't bear spending another night in that bed. But for the medical professionals, I can highly recommend this facility.

I think that the staff in the Bariatric wing at Blodgett was wonderful!! They were knowledgable and supportive. They were very sensitive to my needs as a morbidly obese person.

I would recommed others to use this facility. the staff was friendly and very helpful with all my needs as a patient

the hospital was great. My only complaint was about the shuttle to the hospitality house.

The bariatric surgery floor nurses were great! They were all so nice and patient.

I was a bit disappointed to find myself in a semiprivate room, no private room had been offered. Fortunately, I had no roommate at the time, so I was able to get around in the room just fine.

the food for the guests is expensive but my husband stayed right in my room, they supplied him with a cot, every other aspect was excellent...the nurses and staff were great

The bariatric floor was excellent; however, the check in before surgery was not prepared and went very slow.
